One week ago I walked into the store and the lady behind the counter never looked up or noticed me. The man can from the back kitchen area and said what can I get you. I gave my order and for 20.00 for one sandwich, the turkey was sliced sooo thin it was barley there. He only put 4 slices on. I asked are you putting anymore on? He stated for an extra charge. Then i only got 3 small pieces of bacon for a large sandwich. The lady who never noticed me walking in rang me up and was sooo RUDE!! i will not be back.Parking: It was ok.

Their online menu is confusing and I tried to correct a problem in store. The employees can only charge more; I can't exchange the equal priced item that I actually want. Mind you, I ran in before my order was made. I was ridiculed by an employee claiming they will never refund me again. My $10 sandwich was upcharged almost double. I feel unwelcome in my favorite sandwich shop.

The lady that appeared to be manager was very rude and appeared to be bothered regarding my request for a salad.This was my first time there and will be my last!$11.19 for what she called a salad was a joke!Never again!
Went there on Friday, and they told us they were out bread!! How are u a sandwich shop with no bread?? This is the second time this has happened. Owner should fire the purchaser. Go to the Delta Shores shop much better.

The Chicken sandwich was so good, My family loves it, But i like the Phillysteak, But it was really salty. Please. if the salt can be reduce it would be good. Because i really like it. But i could not finish it, because it was salty. Customer service is good, very friendly employees. place is clean.
