I ordered three drinks one day for my kids. My son didn't drink his until later in the day. When he tried the boba drink, the milk tasted spoiled. I couldn't make it in that same day for return, so I went the next day with the full drink. I just wanted an exchange, the manager told me that I couldn't exchange it because it needed to be the same day. Very disappointed at the service. Caution: check your drinks right away because it might be spoiled milk.

I want to start by saying that ever since I found this place I went to it every single day for a week. I would go before work and even got my family on how good their drinks are. So the drinks are not the problem. I have noticed before but tended to look the other way about the staff. I am finally writing this review because I just went in there 30 minutes after they opened and stood there for about 5 minutes waiting to be helped while I watched the staff just sit on their phones. The door has a bell and is pretty loud when you walk in so I assume anyone in the store would be able to hear unless they had earbuds in. Again, the drinks are good but the staff is just teens/young adults who are not dedicated to good customer service.

So I purchased a Vietnamese hazelnut coffee and I was super disappointed in the taste and flavor. Watered down and doesn’t taste anything like coffee. I returned to the place and asked for a refund or exchange at which I was given neither. So I wasted $8 on a drink that was not worth it.On top of this the customer service was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend coming here at all!

This place has always been one of the bobas I really wanted to try. Seeing the pictures, I had high hopes. The staff there were amazing and very helpful with any questions I had and the store was very aesthetic. Perfect for pictures! I ordered the Black Sugar Boba Latte and Matcha Cheesecake. I was disappointed with the boba in the latte since it did not taste like it was cooked thoroughly. Other than that, the latte and matcha were so good!
This is my second time here and this time the service was a bad experience. It Took a long time to get my order and the music was too loud. I really like the boba drinks and I will visit again and hopefully there will be more employees to help out.

I always stop by when I'm in the area. They combine my two favorite drinks into one for a Thai and matcha signature koala tea. My only complaint is they have run out of brown sugar boba a few times when I've gone.
