My husband and I love this place. You can sense the family owned business atmosphere. Everyone is always so nice and the service is super efficient even if they're always busy.We both always order the Red Tonkotsu and spicy Gyuniku Ramen. So yummy!

Service is amazing, food is perfect each and every time. You MUST try this place. I prefer the beef option black garlic oil, husband loves the xtra egg option. They’re great.Kid-friendliness: We’ve gotten lucky and sit in the corner every time we have gone & our Doona stroller fits perfectly. They do have high chairs if needed

I am giving you 1 star because we called to order and there was no answer.As i am writing this review your doors are locked and closed sign is up 9:16 we watched the cooks leave.When i knocked on the door 1 lady said your closed, the other young lady came to the door and said the cooks left.You are to open till 9:30, that means dont close at 9:15.

I had lunch with my friends here. We ordered chicken karaage to share. I got cold noodle today and the noodle is good, egg is flavored and pork is yummy too. It's just the dipping sauce for the cold noodle is a bit too salty. I didn't use much at all.

The food's great, the atmosphere is relaxing, and as an added bonus, it's right across the street from Wackford Park. My only complaint is the price, but to be fair to this restaurant, it's a growing problem throughout Sacramento, not just exclusive to here. Maybe if they had a day of the week where one could get a $6 dish, like Tonkatsu Tuesday, or something to that effect that would allow them to stand out more AND stay competitive in an economy where everything costs twice as much as it did a mere 4 years ago.

Comforting and delicious food for a cold and rainy day in Elk Grove!! My mom and I came to dine during the afternoon. It wasn't packed so we were seated immediately. The menu and silverware were already set on the table and we were also given water immediately. Just a few minutes later the waitress asked us for our food order. She was very nice and prompt.I ordered the large seafood ramen which was in the special menu. I must say, the portions of the seafood and the bowl itself was very generous. The ramen was also delicious and wasn't too spicy. I added more spice powder to give it more kick.My mom ordered the miso ramen. She enjoyed it and we even ordered more broth for her to take home since she had some ramen left.As for the interior, it reminded me of other Japanese restaurants with the dark wood, lanterns, and other trinkets that reminds you of Japan. Overall, I would recommend and getting some delicious ramen!
