I ordered from here a few times. The first time the food was good and tasty, kind of remove of Church's chicken. The second, third, and fourth time the food tasted off and more like burnt grease and two day old chicken. Not going back here again. I guess they were better in the beginning

I was told that this chicken at this gas station was one of the best in town. They told me that it was almost better than popeye's chickens, or Raising cane's chicken and very comparable to chick fil a. However, I have to disagree a little bit. The flavor of the chicken was pretty good, however, the chicken was warm and not even Krispy.The biscuit was soft. And appeared to be sitting around for a while which is hard for me to believe because there were a lot of people there. Perhaps I will come back and try their chicken sandwich and smell the acohol on the cook again..ha

This review is a disappointing one. 1 pm on 3/11/23 My boyfriend and his family usually frequent this Krispy Krunchy location, but it was just off today. We wanted to get the $35 Chicken and Tenders family meal, and the cashier (older man with glasses) didn't seem to know that it was a thing that was literally posted on their menu. My boyfriend also had to explain to him that he didn't want the tender meal (the cashier insisted the tender meal was the only family meal?? You can clearly see the one we wanted is listed ABOVE the tenders meal). The chicken and tender meal is a mix of 12 chicken (bone in) pieces and 6 chicken tenders, with 6 biscuits and fries. They forgot the biscuits and fries with our order and my boyfriend had to go back in and ask for them, but luckily someone who knew what they were doing helped him out. There was one other person waiting for their order before ours, and it also took a long time since there only seemed to be one person working since a few people were on lunch. We really like their fried chicken, and I'm not sure if this is just a one-off. Customer service and employees really need to be trained properly about what's on the menu and how to engage with customers.

Fried chicken is pretty good. Jambalaya could use some improvement, as was a little dry, but tasty. Delivery was received sooner than i expected, which was really great!
