Let me start with this. I like Little Caesar’s. Their crazy bread has not changed since I was a kid, and I still like the taste. The Hot-n-Ready’s I have picked up the last couple weeks have been less than desirable. The first time it looked slightly old. When I asked the kid at the front, to remake it, he said “ It just came out.” Yeah, about 30+ minutes ago... I know what old pizza looks like. He wouldn’t budge. Today, I picked up another pizza, same thing, classic pepperoni Hot-n-ready, and it was even worse! Closer to 45+ minutes if I had to guess. The pizza had “congealed.” For those wondering what that looks like, it was dark around the edges. Grease was soaking into the box, the pepperoni was leathery and looked old, and the cheese was clearly not new. I asked for a remake, and got the same response from the same guy, “It just came out.”Bologna. Over 12 years in pizza, I worked EVERY position in A semi-casual, popular pizza restaurant.I am ServSafe certified for a food handler and a manager, and both certifications are still good! I KNOW what old pizza looks like! Both times, THAT was OLD PIZZA!!

The front desk is rude

Came in and ordered crazy bread and was greeted by a teen who spoke in mumbles. The store was being serviced by only a collection of teens. Perhaps that's why it took 3 stops in the store and THIRTY FIVE minutes to claim my order of only cheese stuffed crazy bread. The teens were trying their hardest and were at least kind, albeit quiet, but they could use some guidance from an adult.

I recently visited little Caesars pizza and was delighted with the experience. The service was excellent, and the restaurant itself was clean and inviting. The reasonable pricing was an added bonus, making it a satisfying overall dining experience.

Came here last weekend to get some crazy bread. Later that night I started feeling very sick and was sick for 2 days with food poisoning. Luckily I was the only one in my family who ate from here, so no one else got sick. Avoid this place

In person order. Some young guy maybe early to mid 20's took my order. Such a disappointment. No customer service skills whatsoever. I know finding employment is hard but especially with that attitude. When I received my order and proceeded, to walk away he said he hated his life! Now I don't even want to eat my food. Lol I just wish I would've ordered at nugget I can see why this place has such low ratings.

The deep dish pepperoni and pineapple pizza can't be beat. The crispy edges are the best!

Just OK. Facility could have been a lot cleaner. Pizza was just mediocre.

Sunday, 5/7 at 5:30pm. No "hot n ready" and it would be a 30 minute wait for a cheese pizza. If I'm going to wait 30 minutes for a pizza, I'll get a much bigger and better pizza somewhere else. THE POINT IS HOT N READY!! This establishment, is "Never hot 'n Never Ready." For the same $10 price and only 10 minutes later, I had a bigger and better pizza from Costco. It was the, "yeah" on how they answered their phone that did in the whole experience. Doomed at "hello." I had to ask if I had called Little Ceasars. I guess answering a phone is way above today's pay grade. Good luck to your business! I hope you get it together.

The owners son is the manager don bother complaining he's a little kid who cares more about his friends at work than his father's business
