So I came with the wife and our daughter because they've been wanting to try this place. The atmosphere is nice. The place was clean, and our waitress was very friendly and welcoming. We ordered our food, and I ordered the Eggs Benedict. My daughter ordered the turkey pesto sandwich on Ciabatta, and the wife ordered the French burger on sour dough.The food came out fairly fast, and it LOOKED good. ( The keyword is "Looked"). Looks could be deceiving, though.My daughter's sandwich was delicious it was good. My Benedict was alright, not the best I've had. I could have done a better job at home in my own kitchen. The wife's French burger was disappointing, very greasy, and you could squeeze it, and greas juices were dripping all over the place. The waitress was helpful. We sent it back and had them bring out a French dip. This was worse than the burger. It was nasty it was just some meat and bread. The grand total for everything was $64 plus tip.I didn't like that the first line for the tip was 18%.I was wondering cuz when we got there the people that were sitting to the table next to us left a lot of food on their plates I was like that's a waste why would they do that and now I know they did that because the food was not good.Also , my wife got sick from the food when we got home she was nauseous and vomited ?. Was going to give at 4 stars, but after she got sick, forget it never coming back heCaswell. I got a mimi's gift card, and I'm now going to throw it in the trash as well.

I ordered trio appetizer. Tuna melt, Tuscan chicken meal and tiramisu. Paid $72 . I came home and there was no tiramisu or spinach dip from the trio appetizer.

Lunch with a friend. We order salads, one the citrus salmon, and the other the shrimp spinach, with two ice teas. This is now a $48 lunch without adding in the tip. Yes, we did leave a tip.

Went and dined recently, service was decent, and food was not. For breakfast, I had turkey sausage it did not have grill marks and tasted like it was microwaved. The temp was lukewarm. I am alarmed and very disappointed in the quality and quantity of cuisine in the area. We are spending/being charged more money and receiving less food on the plate.

We come here occasionally, and it's usually pretty empty, but tonight there are a fair number of people. However, the lack of service is outrageous! We literally waited at the front for 5 minutes before someone acknowledged us and came to seat us. We were seated in a booth directly next to another party, but yet the waitress went to their table several times but never even blinked in our direction. We sat here for almost 15 minutes and still no one came. My husband had to go find a manager and complain to get the waitress over to take our order. When we mentioned the long wait, she started complaining that "they" had seated several tables in her section all at the same time and the other "girls" weren't helping her. Since this was HER section, I'm not clear why she felt that others should help wait her tables, or why she felt it was OK to ignore us for 15 minutes without even offering so much as a glass of water. She only came over to wait on us after the manager told her to! Lousy service and a lousy attitude from the waitress. Most likely won't be back, and considering how slow it usually is in here, they can't really afford to lose customers!
