The pizza has always been good. Today my review is about the service. We walked in at 1:50pm & lunch buffet was over at 2pm. We were willing to eat what we pizza was left but the employee insisted on making us our own pizza. The salad bar was clean and the pizza came out quickly. He even recognized me from visiting their Laguna store. The quality customer service made the difference!

Great service and pizza! Called ahead to let them know we had a group coming for the lunch buffet and they killed it! Plenty of pizza was ready for us and good variety. Thank You!

Used to go here almost every Monday not no more raised prices little cheese and want to charge 1$ for ranch definitely do not recommend this mountain mikes also service very short not good

Came in on 11/11 and the Indian man at the front taking orders is extremely rude, yelled at me, talked over me and had to have his coworker explain to him that he was being rude. I would suggest going to any other pizza place than this one. When asking for the managers info "we can't give that information out" when asking for a refund because he was so rude "no refunds" honestly go to round table next to smart and final. Good pizza and much nicer staff.

The staff, ownership & service has changed recently. The menu is the same as other Mountain Mikes. Having a room sectioned off and an outside area with tables and chairs is a plus.

The Pizza is well cooked, never burnt. They actually slice it the way I like it sliced. Lots of interesting specialy pizzas. Only thing I can complain about a little are the prices, but they have good deals all the time.

What a joke. Over 1 hour has past no food. ETA was 45 minutes. Try to call them, because stuff happens, and for 15 minutes straight their employees are picking up then hanging up the phone. As I’m writing this, food shows up, all of COLD.

I placed an order online for pick up. I ordered a medium THIN crust pepperoni, a medium cheese with pineapple and a order of wings. When I went in to pick it up the restaurant was empty except one small family and they were not busy. the girl went in the back and I heard her talking about not thin crust, not sure what was said to her but she brought out my order and I left. I get home and my pepperoni is NOT thin crust. I try calling and they let it ring until it disconnects you. On the 3rd time calling, the girl from the front answers and I explain politely that I was just in there picking up my pizza and that it was supposed to me thin crust. She says "ok hold please" and puts me on hold. I sit in hold for 15 mins and drive back over to the store. There was no one at the front counter and took a few mins before they realized I was standing there, the same girl asks how she can help me and I asked politely to speak to a manager please. She walks away goes in the back and says, "she wants to talk to a manager. " a few mins later a young man walks out, that I saw earlier making pizzas and was part of the conversation about my pizza not being thin crust before I received it. He says, " you're wanting to talk to a manger?" I said " yes." He says " I'm the manager." I said " are you sure? " he said yes. So I explained that they knew they messed up my pizza because I overheard them and that my cell phone still was on hold with their business for 20 mins and showed him my phone, still on hold. All he said was " do you want us to remake it?" NO, NOPE, ABSOLUTELY NOT! I would like my money back. So he voids the transaction with the help of the girl at the counter tells me it will be a week before I get my money back and that it. No apology, nothing? I know he was NOT the manager and was pretending to be. How can a manager not know how to void a transaction, and not even offer an apology . I walked out, still on hold!!! They had no intention of picking back up the phone and was just hoping I would get tired of being on hold and hang up. If this is how your employees treat paying customers, and this pizza isn't cheap, maybe you need to fire these employees and hire some that aren't rude, uncaring, and liars.

Was enjoying the food until my wife pulled this out of her mouth after she had a bite of salad. Could have broken a tooth of far worse. Never again if they are letting wood chips the size of nails into their food.
