The food is good but I’m leaving this here because they had a sign that said garlic knots were $5.99. But they were charging $8.99 at the register, and when the difference was brought up, the cashier straight up agreed it’s false advertising and that they have to charge $8.99. Whether it’s the fault of the worker or management (probably management), it is telling of the customer service at this location.

We've always ordered pizza at this location, but the last two times we've ordered, the pizza was aweful! Our last pizza had no cheese on it with very little pizza sauce. I heard it's under new ownership. We will not be returning.

I was loyalty customer this store , today they picked me off, I was order 24 chickens wing. They gave us 24 chickens that burned completely black one side. When I called to complaint but they did not have apologized. This worst customer service.

Ah yes! Nothing better than a luke warm dry pizza after you wait 30 minutes past when they said it would be done. That's what just happened to me. The young girl that helped me was super polite and nice. BUT. After I checked in and signed receipt she told me it would be "about 7-8 minutes" till my pizza would be done. The I proceeded to wait for another 30 minutes as both her and the manager kept looking over at me not saying a word. Not updating me on the remaining time, no apology, NOTHING! While waiting, I occasionally looked into the kitchen to see if maybe my pizza's were coming out of oven. About 10-15 minutes before I finally got my pizza I noticed 2 pizzas sitting on top of the oven. I thought to myself, "those better not be my freaking pizza's chillin there on top of that oven". Eventually 10-15 minutes after that I walked up to the young girl and asked if my pizza's were done cause I'd been waiting a half hour. She went into the back and guess what pizza's she grabbed. The one's that had been sitting on top of the oven for 15 minutes getting cold! I was not happy. So me and my family got to eat cold undersauced pizza. $71 of my money gone for a crappy meal. Needless to say we 100% will not be back here. Really terrible experience.

I order a medium Everest with extra toppings plus wings. Total came out to be 88 dollars for delivery plus’s 10 tip. They didn’t make my Everest pizza with added toppings. So all I got was a cheese pizza with onions and broccoli. What happened to the rest of the toppings I don’t know. I was hungry and didn’t want to wait another hour. Do better, the pizza alone was 40 bucks. I felt cheated. Do better!

I discovered Mountain Mikes when I first moved to Elk Grove. Love the choices in pies and the fast delivery. They quote you 45 minutes but they always deliver sooner. The delivery persons have all been very polite and on time. This is my go-to place if I need a pizza. I have not dined in their establishment so I can't say what type of ambiance they have. But I'm assuming it's standard.

This location is really close to my sister's house and so I've actually gotten pizza orders here previously. The service is pretty mediocre. They don't really try to sell you on anything or give you details on their deals. You kind of just need to know what you want when you order. I recently tried their app for the first time and ordered the mini pizza (6 really small/kid size slices) from the king's halftime home lead. The pepperoni I got was only cut in 4 slices vs. 6 slices. It wasn't too bad in flavor. Probably a bit overcooked. They basically sold out of all of the 20oz. sodas so they gave me a fountain drink instead. From my experience, this location lacks good service and good pizza. However, this location is great for groups. There is a lot of space and seating.

One of the best Mountain Mike's locations! A super friendly gentleman in a turban helped us. He's always in a great mood and livens up the place.Every pizza we order is always well-done and this team crisps it to perfection. They pack the toppings on and you come out always feeling satisfied.Super recommended for date night or even a birthday.Vegetarian options: They have tons of vegetable options, and the pizzas can be customized in all types of ways to perfectly compliment your taste buds.

Got 2 pizzas here for a last minute dinner. They were loaded with ample toppings but were too dry. Both pizzas needed more sauce. I did like that it's not as greasy as other pizzas I've had. And the crusts were cooked perfectly and had the right thickness and crunchiness. They did not have paper plates, peppers or cheese available when I went. Overall a decent place for pizza but definitely on the pricier side.

Ordered $49 Mountain Size Pizza. When ordering on the phone, the guy was kind of rushing and not getting my order correct. I had to repeat it five times to make sure it was done right. 35 minutes later, arrived to get the order…Rude cashier girl tossed a few packets of peppers. Asked for cheese, then she tossed 3. Had to ask this young girl a third time and stated Im buying a $49 pizza for a group and will need more than 3 cheese packets. The tossed four more like I was a f&$king trick-or-treater asking for more candy. Will definitely not spending my coins with this family ran joint. Would highly recommend you NOT as well. The customer services reviews of the past are true.Then to top it off, due to the order taking rush rush rush and not listening to my repeating the order many times, it did not have the extra sauce I requested. I feel scammed!
