We started getting New York pizza from this location in 09/2023. The employees here are wonderful. We usually get veggie pizza with white sauce and breadsticks. Love the consistency in food and service. Definitely my favorite pizza place.

Delicious solid pizza, good deals, and staff are friendly and not stressed out when we go in. They always check in if our order online seems off, and overall are caring and attentive. Crust is perfect and thoroughly cooked. Also, they are hiring delivery drivers. LGBT friendly staff, and staff say they enjoy their job. Owner seems very friendly and kind.

Ehhhh I wasn't too impressed with this place. We decided to try them since we were closer to here than our normal pizza place. We got the Super Hot Deal which is 2 large 2 topping pizzas and liter of soda plus an order of buffalo wings, total came to a little over $50 which honestly isn't that bad for pizza nowadays. When we tried to pay, we were informed they couldn't take a $100 bill and that's all we had. Since the surrounding shops were all closed, we had to drive down the street to the gas station to break the bill which was a pain. Also worth mentioning, this is a grab and go pizza spot. No sit down seating at all. My kids devoured half the double pepperoni pizza on the car ride home so it's safe to say they like the pizza. I, on the other hand did not. My pepperoni and black olive pizza had a weird aftertaste and lacked flavor in the sauce. The crust though was pretty good. Chicken wings were a huge disappointment. In an order of 10 wings I only got one flat. And the wings aren't saucy at all so they were super dry and have absolutely zero flavor, 10/10 do not recommend. I also asked for extra ranch and only got the one tiny cup that came with the wings. Their ranch is house made but it tasted very dill flavor forward. Overall, for me it was a miss, but my kids seemed to enjoy it. While it won't be on my radar for pizza next time, should the kiddos ask for it I have no issue giving them another shot.

Their system charged me $38 three times & couldn’t find my order then said I can’t get refunded until the next day, won’t call the owner who conveniently is the only one who can refund anything. So they take $120 and then won’t give me any food at all ?

I ordered lunch today using there online system. It charged my bank $40 but then said error. But this cleared my bank, I called the store and they're unwilling to give me my pizza . Said wait a few hours for it to clear my bank. Very disappointed as this was a pizza place my family and I've been going to for years. I wouldn't think losing a customer over $40 bucks would be worth it.

My family loves NY pizza. They have two location in Elk Grove and we have ordered from both. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and accommodating. The pizza crust is flavorful and so is the sauce. You can't go wrong with the the specials the restaurant routinely offers. My pizza is on par or better than Mountain Mikes or Round Table. Definitely recommend!

Best pizza I’ve ever had and I’m not a local but every time I visit Elk Grove I order from NY Pizza. Their pizza crust is so delicious and they are not stingy with toppings. You must try their Pepperoni, pineapple and sausage pizza and just like me you will become addicted and a regular.
