Then after getting drinks my husband accidentally knocked his drink over took bartender 15 min again to make a new one when we started to order our steaks at 5;50 we were told No baked potatoes were ready so I asked for tab to leave & he charged us for our spilled drink? Short staffed, lack of management in front of house, kitchen poor perp/ planning.. It was a joke will Never go back!!

Very unpleasant experience.Hardly anyone there, yet it took over 45 minutes to receive our order. When they finally did bring it, they completely forgot one of the kids meals we had ordered for and had to be reminded. Thankfully, our youngest is quite patient.The bloomin-chicken sandwich we had was VERY dry, almost burnt and completely flavorless (aside from the pickles), and even the bun was as hard as a rock and burnt on top (imagine a burnt toast flavor).They didn't cook the stakes how they were ordered (rare vs. well done), and we had the absolute worst ribeye that I have ever had anywhere (including my own kitchen). Flavorless and full of fat. I don't know if the chef is new, inexperienced, or just doesn't care.Several of us wanted to send our food back to be corrected, but we had already waited for so long that we just didn't have the time.We were originally going to go to Texas Roadhouse but opted for here since it was closer to our house and haven't been here in a while. Live and learn...

Came in at 7:45 on Thursday 4/11. Only 2 of us and restaurant was mostly empty except for one large party. Two different servers and to go employee walked by us multiple times each and never even said hello. Waited 10-15 minutes. Tried calling out to someone to put in order, but still weren’t greeted. Decided just to leave.

My mom and I came to this location on 4/6/24. We were told there would be a 25-45 minute wait, but it ended up only being 20 minutes. Our booth was comfortable and our server, Steven, was very prompt and friendly. Our food was delicious as well. I had the Alice Springs Chicken with a baked sweet potato and side salad, while my mom had a filet with baked potato and broccoli. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted great; I did not think to take pictures though. Anyway, it was a good experience and Steven was excellent.
