Papa Murphy’s sucks !!! the manager is not only rude, but they messed up my order and they said they couldn’t do anything about it, even though they’re the ones messed up. The manager told me to never call again, their customer service sucks!! They didn’t even admit they made a mistake, this is horrible. Papa Murphy’s isn’t how like it use it be. I can definitely see why people don’t go to Papa Murphy’s anymore.

Well, I made a mistake, tried this place again... Ordered two pizzas one was pepperoni and pineapple, this pizza was made very well and the family members who ate it said it was good. Now for the flop, I ordered a chicken bacon stuffed. Let's just say that's not what we got. My son ate the pizza we got and said it was actually very good and tasted great but, it just wasn't what we ordered. Last time for Papamurphys for me I think. Not sure what kind that is but its not a chicken bacon.

Comparing to the other location on Laguna Blvd, I will definitely go to this one on Elk Grove Blvd. This one does not skim on the amount of toppings and accept coupons without any fuss. I actually got a "thanks" when put tips in the jar. What else can you ask for going to a pickup pizza place?

Both times, I get there and was told they had not even started the order! When I asked why today, the smug employee said "we got busy after your call". Busy doing what? Working on orders after me? Never again.

Buyer beware. If you order for delivery through the Papa Murphy's website, you MUST ensure that they have your FULL address. We haven't ordered Papa Murphy's for several years and thought we would try them again.We have our correct address in our profile, ordered pizzas to be delivered. I went back outside to continue chores and 30 minutes past the expected delivery time, I started to inquire what happened. I went back to the computer and checked on the status. It showed the order was delivered. Ah, no...I never got it. I noticed I had several missed calls from a number I didn't recognize (while I was outside doing chores). I called Papa Murphy's, they said they couldn't do anything because they gave the order to the delivery person. Wonderful. So I dialed the missed call number (for what turned out to be doordash) and turns out they couldn't redeliver because their "customer service" had no way to relay my house number to the driver (even though they placed me on hold and said they contacted the driver to find out where the order is). Perfect.Sooooo, after about 20 minutes on the phone with doordash, they were finally able to get Papa Murphy's to issue me a refund.Now, we're hungry and without our planed dinner. 1st world problems I understand. Still, VERY annoying with Papa Murphy's 2nd world computer system that for some reason only transmitted our street name to door dash, but not our house number as well. Every other pizza place, every other restaurant can get it right....why not Papa Murphy's?Papa Murhphy's will NOT be getting our business anymore and everyone we know will hear our story and no recommendation from us.

i ordered a family stuffed. I asked for extra cheese and sauce with mushrooms, sausage salami, pepperoni. We ordered because we where hosting guest for UFC fight. Vey unsatisfied literally no sauce very light cheese. When i paid extra. a few slices had no sausage and lil but if topping like really. Hopefully i can get a refund tomorrow. They only thing i can say good is the workers are very nice but come on how do u make a pizza like this smh

I love this pizza. Quick and just pop it in the oven, no waiting for an hour for pizza delivery.

Second time I've had a bad experience here. First time I ordered and they said 20 min it would be ready I get there they hadn't even made it. So second time around I ordered and called before going in to see if it was done because they said a 35 min wait and they didn't even have my order. They asked if I could wait another 15 for them to make it. Wish they had it done on time

Short version: Don't come here if you value your time or good customer service.Long version: I placed an order by phone today. I had company coming and wanted a good and easy dinner for everyone. I ordered ahead so it would be on time. When I ordered I was told it would be ready in 25-35 minutes. I arrived after 45 minutes. They hadn't even started making my order. Not the biggest deal, I thought, they must be busy. They rung me up and told me it'd be ready in 10 minutes. I went and waited in my car. When I came back 10 minutes later they still hadn't even started making my order. The lady at the front asked my name again, ruffled through her receipts, and didn't say another word to me. She then slowly started preparing my order. I waited inside for 15 more minutes before it was ready. That's 35 minutes longer than I was quoted, if we're keeping track. No who worked tonight seemed to care about their customer's time or even their job in general.And after all that, they didn't even get my order right.I don't usually write bad reviews, but this place is beyond awful. I'll never spend money here again, and I recommend that you don't either.

We ordered two pizzas. When we got there, we notices gnats flying around the glass area where the toppings and sauces are. We pointed it out to them, and they said they were trying to get rid of them. Didn't seem to really care. We asked for a refund and left. Who knows what's in the sauces/toppings.
