Made a phone order and was told 30 minutes. Arrived on time and was put at the end of the queue because they didnt put the order in. When incquiring about phone orders they insisted that walk ins were a priority over phone and online orders. So what's the point in making an order ahead of time? Absolutely no point. They did nothing to make it right no discounts no expedited process no coupons or anything. Very unprofessional and unorganized. When we ordered a month ago and walked in they made online orders before us and made us sit there waiting for over 30 minutes. This location needs management and organization. I've ordered from many other Papa Murphy's and none are as unprofessional as this location. Stay away if you don't have a time to be on their leisure clock.

No hair nets or anything prepping food ordered two crustless pizza bowls. It took 95 minutes some how and the place was dead. Watching theses 3 young mean mare them was a struggle they moved so slow.

This isn't our normal Papa Murphy's and I was a little worried based on reviews, but thankfully we didn't have any major issues at all. We called in and ordered a pepperoni & black olive pizza and a cowboy pizza both with extra sauce. Pizzas were ready by the time we arrived, about 20 minutes. Walked in grabbed our pizzas and walked out, minimal interaction with staff which isn't a bad thing. They did seem pretty nice, said hello and thank you. Their pizzas tho just aren't worthy of anything higher than 3 stars. It's below average pizza with horrible crust in my opinion but my friend offered to get pizza and they accept her SNAP benefits soooo Papa Murphys it was. I will say they didn't skimp on the toppings however they did not put extra sauce on the pizzas as requested so they were a little dry.

She then turned, grabbed the woman’s pizza and handed it off. I was clearly at the front of the line, I had yet to be helped, or even acknowledged.That employee then skittered off to make pizzas and I was left there waiting again, now many mins since I arrived. Eventually, I had to flag down another employee and ask about my order, which hadn’t even been started yet (I’d ordered it over an hour before).Common sense would dictate that the person in the front of the line is helped first. Even if the employee thought I’d been helped, wouldn’t the most sensible thing be to confirm before helping the second person in line?With so many pizza options in EG, I can’t see ever coming back here again.

Waiting too long the computer didn’t work. I had to pay cash. The 3 teenage girls were new. Didn’t know how to operate. Customers were very angry. The pizza was not the same. The crust was very thin and the veg were not fresh.

This location was such high quality I have to give it 5 stars!!!! The other day I came here on my way home from work to order some pizza for me and the kids. I ordered a cowboy, pepperoni pizza, and a salad. The pizza was done in only 10 minutes. I was really suspired with the little amount of time it took to make it. Everyone working there was super nice and helpful the whole time. I will definitely coming back soon!!

We have been buying at this location for a very long time, and while there were occasions when an error happened the quality was still there.Under new management... seriously needs help. We place orders in line weekly for pizza, and until this last month or two, they were in time and ready. That being said, the last few times, I've had to wait while my order was being made. Mind you, I've come in after pick up time. If it was a one off thing, I wouldn't be bothered, but this has become a regular occurrence. My husband came in one time 45 minutes after his requested time, no pizza. Are you kidding me with this bull? Then the audacity to call and ask if he still wanted the pizzas, now 90 minutes has passed, and told them nope. It took a few days to get our money refunded.The girls (young women) working at opening are rude, talking instead of acknowledging or helping people walking in, and generally have a piss poor attitude.It is rare that I write such a long and negative review, but y'all need to do better. There are a handful of other papa Murphy's locations within 10 miles of this one.
