This store cannot get an order straight and will lie to you to cover up issues. Don't order from this store.Response to Owner Reply: I do acknowledge & appreciate that the pizza errors were made right. However, two-in-a-row order errors are statistically relevant, especially after a sustained and concerted effort to disavow any responsibility - I don't feel that can be rectified.

We order Pizza Guys ~monthly when we have had a long day and really just want to not have to worry about dinner. Normally, it works out fine, they deliver on time, no worries whatsoever. Today, however, their service has been terrible. The tracking function is a joke, but it was showing that the order was still cooking until the promise time, and then it was simply stopped working altogether. I waited 10 minutes after the promise time, and called the store to see about my order. 4 minutes on hold, the call dropped. I called again. Same. Call dropped after 4 minutes on hold. This happened 4 times in total before they finally answered. Little in the way of apology, nothing in terms of offering any compensation or credit. Just a "Yeah the driver just left with your order, sorry." Oh, and the text notifications I opted for? Nope. Just really disappointing overall.Order #154 at 5:39pm on Wednesday, 11/15.

Gave my order to someone else, didnt even tell me until i asked about it, offered no discount and another lady before her order was wrong and when she left the old asian guy behind the counter said she needs to be slapped.... yall need to investigate everyone working this

The most slowest store I have ever seen in my entire life I ordered my pizza two hours before and the didn’t prepare the food and the told me to wait for 1 more hour and the worst customer service ever

If you order from this store online, then order 30 minutes before you want your pizza. I placed an online order for pickup at 5:10 at about 2:00 and I figured they had 3 hours to plan my order. Well, I arrived at 5:15 (5 minutes late) AND they had not even started my pizzas yet. More than a little annoyed. I don't recommend using online website, walk in and place the order. It takes the same amount of time.

Pizza Guys are a solid stand by when it comes to pizza. There is a good selection of toppings, specialty pizzas, wings, pasta, and salads.

I just had the best experience with this pizza guys. The staff was so friendly! They offered to help me carry my stuff out and they kept me up to date with my order. Even though I was early, still apologized for the wait. No wait past my time promised. Way to take pride in your store guys!

A very competent retail pizza! New to the area and rotating through all the local pizza places. Decided to give Pizza Guys a try. We ordered two different types of pizzas and they were both quite tasty. I really like their normal red pizza sauce. Excellent stuff. The toppings were all fresh and tasted good too. The portions are lacking compared to other places but still more than you get from Dom's. This isn't a place where you go, "Wow this is the best pizza ever!" But it is what it is, a well made retail pizza. It has nice value for the price especially if you use their coupons. (That's how we found the place a coupon mailer.) I expect kids will also like this place as things aren't too spicy or wild. We had it delivered and I have to say this is what gave this review the forth star instead of three. It was fast. It was well packed. It was still nice and hot and the lad who delivered it was very professional, kind and helpful. Enjoyed the whole experience.

Great pizza and a great value! the staff is very friendly especially my guy Julian! he always greets me with a smile, is always helpful and even remembers what I always order for my kids. I you guys visit please don't forget to throw the crew a little tip, these guys bust their ass in there for you!
They take to long. I waited 45 min. Then when I got there I waited another 30 minI have not been back. I only have gone twice. I'll see if it's better now. It was very dis organized when I went. Hopefully it's better now.

This is my go to place for Pizza. I've never had problems on my orders and my family loves this pizza. There's usually a lot of specials to choose from online and the time frame given to you is accurate. I love that if you order more than $25 you get a free 2 liter or ice cream. The service is perfect and I will continue to come here. Thank you!

Admittedly I'm a pizza snob. Lol sooooo outta all the chains Pizza Guys is kinda low on the totem pole. Like the pizza lacks flavor no matter what toppings. I will say their garlic knots are delicious! I will go back for the knots not necessarily the pizza.
