Haven't been to a Pizza Hut in ages, but with the advertisement of a large pizza for $12.I thought I'd give it a try. Although this location didn't have a large pizza for the price.They did provide a medium pizza.And it definitely was hot and pretty tasty. The cashier was excellent funny and entertaining and it's nice to see people like this.

I constantly go here and get disappointed every time. It’s usually the only place open late so I have no choice. Food is always cold and soggy, the lady who works there has horrible customer service and always insists on it being my fault the pizza is nasty. I used to work at Pizza Hut so I know how easy it is to simply make a good pizza there and I will never go here again.

Please don’t waste time here.I ordered Veggie Lover pizza and when i got home i opened and it was pepperoni with meatballs. Had to drive all the way back in Rain and Kids Hungry to give them back and wait 30 mins to had them make new one.Better off going to Mountain Mikes next time.

THIS PARTICULAR PIZZA HUT LOCATION WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR PORTIONS!!! This location is the skimpiest Pizza Hut in Elk Grove, period!!! If you're ordering any pizza from this location and using their weekly ad coupons, expect to receive your pizza with SIGNIFICANTLY less toppings than what is pictured online or in their weekly ad! See for yourself!!! I've included Pizza Hut's weekly add, which shows an XL Pepperoni Pizza with lots of pepperoni and lots of gooey cheese!!! This is what we received, an XL pizza with a VERY light layer of cheese and about 20 super thin slices of pepperoni. I honestly felt robbed by these people. I'll never spend my hard earned money at this Pizza Hut again. The entire community should stay away from these crooks! The location is 9015 Bruceville Rd, Elk Grove.

I ordered 3 pizzas, it said it would be ready at 3:40, I was there at 3:40 and they had not even started making the pizzas yet, before this same location had burnt my pizzas 2 times and missed toppings before as well. Not one to write bad reviews but the amount of times I have overlooked their shortcomings and still came back is unsure, save to say never eating at Pizza Hut again. And to add on they lied to my mother and told her 10 minutes at 3:40 and now it is 4:30 and still have not prepared the pizzas. Low scum of the earth workers and organization.
Pizza is extremely thin for starters. Second I had my wife pick up the order and the sent her back missing a whole large pizza. Called the store about it and store rep (female) was extremely rude. My wife went back to Pizza Hut to pick up the pizza and staff was in the store playing around and throwing things very unprofessional and will not return to this Pizza Hut ever again. Worse $70 spent ever!!!!!

Worst pizza place ever ran by a bunch of kids I ordered a pizza waited 30 minutes said order will be done in 20 minutes just for them to text me they had to remake it so I'm post to sit another 20 mins so you kids can keep playing around no one has gloves on touching everything did see anyone wash there hands not one time

They will cancel your online orders without just because. So you will have to drive all the way down to the pizzeria to pick up your order and the lady will tell they calcel de order. Why? I was to hungry to ask or play as male Karen. Domino's pizza it's better.

Actually worst pizza stop I've ever had. It was on the way and could be done in 15 mins (per online order) so I went for it. Went in and was seen by someone several times but took over 10 mins before someone else saw and acknowledged me. When I asked for plates I was told 'Pizza Hut Corporation doesn't give out plates'. She then asked if I would like cheese or peppers and when I said yes she said it would be $1.17 each.This was a spur of the moment stop/treat and I will certainly not be coming here again. The box wasn't even folded properly, so our food was cold by the time we got to it. I don't even think there was anywhere to sit and wait. The pizza was pizza and fine but everything else about the entire experience was completely lackluster and just uninviting.

This place deserves 0 stars. First time ordering from this location and they messed up big time on my order. I waited over 2 hours for my delivery for them to finally tell me that it was delivered to the wrong address. The guy, I know his name, that answered the phone intentionally disconnected the calls multiple times because he could not solve the problem. I was advised that I would need to call back 3 days later just to request for a refund. Not sure why the manager on site isn't able to do such a simple override. I've been ordering from Pizza Hut for the past 20 years, and this is the worst experience ever.
