Nice little family run business with a variety of drinks and snacks to choose from. I just happened to be in the area and needed coffee. I'm so glad I stopped in. They were nice and welcoming!

Basic coffee and very watered down. The horchata drink didn't taste like horchata. This coffee shop would not be my first choice

My favorite coffee shop! They have so many fun items and amazing ingredients. I can't even pronounce some of them.....but wow do I love them. If you are driving down I-5 or if you want to make a detour it is worth it.

Met some friends here to do quarterly planning, vision boarding, and goals together. We stayed for several hours and really enjoyed the ambiance! It wasn't too crowded and the coffee was delicious. All of the staff we interacted with were super friendly. For example, one of my friends asked if they could do latte art for her and the cashier gladly grabbed the barista who had that skill and did the special request for her! That's honestly top notch service. We also ordered several different drinks and pastries throughout our visit, including some seasonal flavors, and they were all really nicely balanced. What an awesome little cafe!

Ok so I just got out of this place. I was just going get a latte but they had some good looking treats in their display rack, I figured I give one a try. I decided on the cranberry nut muffin. When I placed my order the person grabbed the muffin from the bottom rack not even displayed. That made me suspicious, when I took the muffin to my table, it looked like yesterday muffin and not fresh. You know how old muffins get sticky and sticks to your hand when you eat them, fresh one don't stick. Don't get me wrong it still tasted good, but cmon bottom rack. I should have complained that was my bad. I am hoping to give them redemption so I bought some coffee beans - I will provide an update later.

I've been here multiple times and the drinks are always delicious. What disappoints me the most is the customer service. Each time I have came in the staff aren't as attentive or friendly. Which is a shame as the drinks are very good and I always want to give them another try. This morning was especially a bad day for service. Two of the staff were occupied talking and forgot our order. One of the three staff was very kind and assisted me when I checked in. She brought up the issue with the employee who took our order. I appreciate her help. I love how staff are comfortable with one another, but wish it was saved for a better time. I recommend their drinks just need improvement with service.

Yesterday I went to this cafe for the first time. I liked it very much. High-quality food, tasty, inexpensive. And the workers are very hospitable. It's a pity that there is only one such cafe.

If I could give 0 star I would. Usually come to this shop twice weekly for over one year. I order the same thing each time. The assumed manager has helped me multiple times. This morning I go in, the cashier rang me up for a hot version of my usual. Manager gave me the hot drink and I told him I always get iced. He was adamant that I ordered hot. Is the customer always right or is he? Made me pay for an iced drink. So now I'm leaving, with two drinks. Manager says "make sure to ask for iced next time" I'm wondering how someone with no customer service skills has an operating business...probably why I was the only customer in there. Don't recommend this place, but Temple Coffee, 18 Grams, and even the Nugget Market holds higher levels of grounds, syrups and customer service. The managers response to my initial review simply reflects his lack of understanding of customer satisfaction. Understandable why his staff appear so displeased with their workplace, not very welcoming.

Anthony. You don't have to do he said she said but I'm not about to let you chastise me now twice without a rebuttal. If my rendition of what happened was incorrect what do you call yours? Taking responsibility for your attitude toward me was my biggest complaint. I've been in a few times out of convenience. Your employees, who are great by the way, remember me. They remember my coffee canister, coffee bean blend and they remember how you treated me. They apologize each time without me saying anything about the incident that brought me here. I apologized for my response to the worker who offered to make that drink. Don't worry, I apologized to your workers for having to experience your attitude that day. The one star rating is purely because of you. As long as I don't have anymore negative experiences with you... that rating will go up.

Cute spot! This was my first time at Rescate the other day. The coffee was delicious and the service was quick. The staff was very polite. I spent a few hours working and happily there were plenty of outlets for charging. There was even a small desk with a chair which was a really nice touch. I wish the seating was more comfortable throughout, but it wasn't a major factor. I usually work at Starbucks in Delta Shores, but I'm happy I finally tried Rescate because they are so close to my house. I will be back!

I started going to this coffee shop lately and ordered the same thing (Vanilla Latte with Oat Milk). This morning I ordered the same thing and it was Anthony who prepared my drink. When he placed the coffee on the pickup table, I heard him say the Coffee (Vanilla Latte) that he made and since I know that I'm the only person waiting for the drink, I waited a minute just to make sure it wasn't someone else's. Once I knew that it was supposed to be my coffee, I asked if that's the Vanilla Latte with, Anthony interrupted me and repeated Vanilla Latte in an irritating tone. I then took a little sip (as I'm allergic to regular Milk) and sure enough it was a regular milk. I had to tell him that I ordered Vanilla Latte with Oat Milk (and this time, I didn't gave him the chance to interrupt me). He said that what's on the cup was Whole Milk. I mentioned that I ordered Oat Milk from the person who took the order. He went and checked their POS System to verify my order and when he realized that he was wrong, he made another cup, but when he handed me my coffee, he had this upset stare instead of apologizing for the mistake, so I stared back without saying anything. As an owner of a business who has a few nearby competitors, I don't think that kind of treatment should be shown to your customers, regardless if they're regular or not. If you're having a bad day, maybe you should consider taking a cup of your coffee before interacting with customers. This is the last time I will go to this place and will just continue going to where I used to.

Wanted to update my review because I found out the name of the very rude man I had an interaction with. His name was Anthony. Looking at other reviews I feel relieved I'm not the only person who had a troubling experience with this man. It was my first time at this coffee shop and I asked where my bagel was since I had noticed that people behind me were already getting their orders (I did not even mention this part because I didn’t want to sound petty, I was generally curious!!) and he started showing attitude for no reason when being asked this simple question. Then when he brought out my bagel it had egg in it when I specifically just asked for cream cheese which is fine because mistakes happen, however, when my friend went up to Anthony and let him know he snapped at her in front of everyone and told her to “talk to the other guy because it’s not his problem”. There is a way to talk and treat customers and this is definitely not it. Overall a really bad experience and such a bad vibe. I wanted to like it since I live so close and go to school nearby but I would rather just take the 5 minute drive and go to Pete’s Coffee.
