I got street corn rice bowl with black beans and added shrimp. It was delectable! They have a large bar with spices, chillies and sauces, I didn't add anything as it was so delicious!

This place used to have much better service. It now seems to move at a glacial pace.The quality of the food seems to have gone down as well.I'm not sure what happened, besides COVID, but they're going down faster than the Titanic

I love the keto style tacos Mahi or shrimp they're both delicious. Keto style is JUST a CHEESE SHELL, for the same price as ANY other taco ...yummy... good food,

We got catering here at work so again it was free for me. No comment on the price just the food. It's fresh and tasty. For fast food I will take it. Standard fast food Mexican of course. I got a bit of everything - quesadilla, rice and beans, chicken/shrimp taco, half a burrito... no complaints flavor wise. I mean for fast food that is. The burrito is huge. Burritos are among my favorite "Mexican" food anyway so that hit the spot. They're not actually authentic Mexican at all but neither is American Chinese food. I'll take it.

Mediocre food with okay service, but I really do appreciate the salsa bar and all of their variety. It is always fresh and well stocked every time I go in.

Rubio's offers a clean and welcoming setting for lunch. The staff are very friendly and sweet. I ordered the Cilantro Lime Quinoa Bowl, and my husband tried the California Chicken Bowl. The ingredients, particularly the avocado, were fresh, and the steak was tender. I was impressed to see they offer wild caught fish. When I go with my daughter she orders the kid's meal that comes with the entree, two sides, and a drink. Her favorite is the churro! The salsa bar is a standout, offering a range of tasty options and hot sauces- all amazing! While prices are on the higher side, they reflect the quality of the ingredients used.

The food is good and the prices aren't unreasonable, the problem is the wait time. Even if you order ahead, add 10-15 minutes to the time they say your order will be ready. The young man who seems to be in charge is very nice. I think he's just not being given the staff that he needs to be successful.

I have eaten here many times and I am never disappointed!! I am now doing keto and they even made me keto style fish tacos!! LOVED them! This place has the only dish I will definitely be craving while doing keto! Good job Rubio's!!!
