My understanding is that Savory is a well-loved foodie place in the Philippines . I found the fried chicken to be adequate.

This place right now is Togo only but for a place that is Togo only it is amazing! By far one of my favorite places to get Filipino food at the moment. The prices are affordable they are generous with portions and the service is fast! I had ordered a glazed chicken combo and had leftovers for tomorrow! 10/10 would recommend!
Pork Lumpia and Fried chicken were great. Come here every time I get a chance.

I went here prior to Covid. Def was one of the best Filipino restaurants in town then. Went there now in September of 2023 and they changed extremely. Their food is cold now. They are out of half of the things on the menu and there dining room is closed. We live in midtown so we drove 35 minutes just to get here. Even tried calling g ahead and they never picked up. We really were expecting to eat here. I will not recommend this place to anyone looking for Filipino food. Goto seafood city instead and eat at their grill.

First review after several visits over the past two years. This is the BEST filipino chicken in the Sacramento area, by far. They've got a really unique way of frying chicken without breading, the chicken turns out moist, juicy and flavorful. It's offered either fried, grilled or glazed and with or without rice. At the time of this review (September 2023) a half chicken with rice was about $12.50, well worth it in my opinion. Also offered are other filipino favorites like lumpia. Their online ordering is really efficient and easy to use but if they get super busy occasionally they'll shut it down to catch up with already placed orders. Keep that in mind.I'm in Arden Arcade and have to drive 20-30 minutes one way to get here but if the foods this good its worth the drive. Definitely will keep patronizing.
Fried chicken was good. Nicely seasoned. Not oily. Very crisp. The Pancit Bihon was a mix of noodles. I like more vegetables and longanisa in it too. Garlic rice needed more garlic. Server was attentive. In the middle of remodeling. I will come again for the chicken. Will try the other dishes.

I ordered 2 Halo Halo which were delicious, but the lady helping us was very rude. She gave me glares as I was ordering and lacked basic manners. Being a Filipina myself, I wasn't happy with her customer service.
