Most expensive burger spot I've ever been to, but the quality and portion was poor. I spoke with the manager about the portions and he just blamed it on corporate, stating "that's how corporate does it." Then, he said, "I could..." then stopped there and went back to commenting about that's how corporate portions things. The buns on the two hamburgers were cold. Nothing comes with the burgers, everything is al la carte. The tater tots and onions were al la carte and portioned extremely small for the price tag; not even a handful. It was disappointing, and the service was blah. I could have spent my $51.34 elsewhere and wish I had.
Ordered the Brisket Double, Smashtots, and Sweet Potato fries. Food was good overall. 4 stars because it’s on the pricey side of fast food, $15-20 per person for burger, fries, and drink.

The cashier that was making my milkshake is on her headphones that she cannot hear what other people are saying. She was taking her own time making my milk shake while we are waiting and she can see that. They were not busy so I don’t know why she’s taking her time . Finally my milk shake is not a milk shake and it tastes and looks like cold hot chocolate, it’s like there’s no ice cream and I can only taste the milk and chocolate syrup and it’s very watery.

I was really looking to trying a smashburger for the first time. I ordered the single bacon cheeseburger and the tots. The burger may have been good if it was fresh. The meat and bun were completely cold. The tots seemed to just be the type you could buy in the frozen section of a supermarket - nothing special. I took the meal out but tried it when I reached the car so no chance to get cold. May or may not try again. In and out is much better. Always fresh.

3 stars for the customer service and the food is decent tasting. But I had to take away 1 star due to portion. Spent $100 worth of money here and almost all the sides were cold and they skimped a lot on the tator tots. The burger did not taste as good this time as well from the first time we tried.

Order the avocado bacon burger. Quite disappointing. Avocado was not soft and a just large piece throw on the burger. One tiny slice tomato and a few shredded lettuce. Patties were too dry. Order the tots and only got like 6-7 tots. Can use a slice of cheese on it too.

Walked in and only 4 people dining at the time. Manager said 45min-1 hour wait due to Doordash orders. So orders go in regardless of who is eating in store. Such a shame because they have great burgers but a terrible system in place and will be losing customers because of Doordash.
I have the turkey truffle burger. One of the best burgers I've had in a very long time. Would definitely recommend this place. Can't talk to him much about customer service because I got it to go. However, the person on the telephone was very pleasant did not get their name.

Customer service is always important. Stepped up to order. 3 workers available and nobody welcomed us, or said they'd be right with us. It was a solid 4 minutes standing there listening to a worker on the phone.I finally asked how I order. Worker on the phone says he would right here (still on phone). Turns out he's the store manager. While waiting for our order, store manager also swept the floor and the seats with same broom. Poor, poor customer service and dirty store.

The most delicious burger around in this area. The haystack fry's are so damn good you will come back just for them. Very nice people who work there. It's a little expensive though but worth it.

best burger place that ever opened in Elk Grove thank you so much for your service I love your truffle mayonnaise and everything else. I miss the Brussels sprouts though and wish you had fried calliflower. maybe in the future you could make it with some kind of killer sauce
