I’m very sad and disappointment. Today I came in with my girls and we got Thai tea. It taste straight like bitter milk. Too much milk was added in. Usually it’s good.

As a parent, it is family-friendly, kids of all ages, but when I do go, I notice when the friends that work there have friends come in, the Customer service goes out the door, and I get the look," come on, lady hurry up and order" ? my friends are here. This place is convenient and the parking space is good. There's boozy boba drinks, too, and snacks. I got boba drinks from here, and it was great. Doesn't take too watery or too over sweet. Great seating and space, too.

This was our family's first time visiting this place. The staff was friendly. We got the jasmine milk tea with boba, lobster balls, chicken popcorn, sweet potato fries, regular fries, and macaron ice cream sandwiches. It was all delicious!

One new thing I noticed they place on the menu since the rebrand is they now sell alcoholic drinks!!!! ???Kid-friendliness: They have a few choices of games to keep the little kids busy while you wait and eat!!

Worst experience if you order from the TooGoodToGo app, the store claims that the surprise bag worth $12 and cost $3.99 only. However, when I arrive the bag is not prepared. The staff checked my order confirmation and then randomly made a drink for me. ONE DRINK ONLY! They just cheated on the app, they are just using the app as the another way to sell their drink. Why should I pay $4.xx for a random drink?

My girls love this spot..the drinks are great. However..my last experience was disappointing. There were 3-4 young ladies working and one young lady left from behind the counter and went outside. When she returned 5 minutes later she jumped in to continue making drinks never washing her hands. I was thankful that she wasn't making my daughter's drink. That's a huge turn off for me.
