This is the best starbucks i have ever been to. The only thing that would make it better is if they would look over one of the 13 applications i, Jorden Johnson, have sent in over the past 2 years and consider hiring me! If they ever were to look over my resume or applications, they would see that this would be my first job and would be an excellent opportunity for me to gain job experience in a field that i am passionate about. Not only that, but they would also notice that i live very close to this location and because of that i would be a very reliable employee. If they were to do all of that and give me an in person interview, they also would see that i am a very dedicated and hard working young woman. If that ever were to happen, id give this store 6 stars out of 5!

Horrible wait times, service is hit and miss. If you have 30 minutes in the morning to wait on anything you order it's great even the mobile order pickup has an insane line and wait.

Stopped by this morning for my coffee fix before heading to work. I noticed they had a sale on the cups and wanted to purchase one, I think the barista that was helping me misunderstood me and told me they started selling them 50% off after 12pm. I found this a bit bizarre but no biggie, it happens. Stopped by other Starbucks in my area and they were sold out of the one I wanted. I called this location later in the day and spoke to Gena. First off, she is an absolute sweetheart and was very helpful. She even explained that the barista was thinking that I was referring to specific coffees that they were selling at 50% and that is was just a misunderstanding. I came by again and even the young guy at the front taking the orders was very friendly and welcoming. I would have given 4 stars just bc I had to come back during my lunch break and that was a bummer but 5 stars for their friendliness and willingness to be so helpful!

I loved this Starbucks since I have been in this neighborhood for over 30 years. Always been a 5 star for me. Lately though the last couple of mobile orders I place were not to par. One incident was when I go to pick up my order, my order has not been made and I arrived there 5-8 minutes past the time it was supposedly ready. I let it go since they were really busy. Again, the last time, 9/22/23 at 3 pm, I ordered my usual mango dragonfruit refresher , it was not reafy again so I waited again. Once I got my orders, they were so watered down that it tasted like colored water. I knew it because when my daughter brought the 2 drinks to the car, drinks looked a pale pink in color. I still love this Starbucks but please, hire more people or more training might help. It has really been so busy in this location lately.

Every time I think "hey, let me give Starbucks another chance", you never seem to disappoint me to f*** up my drink. After repeating back Grande Ice Dirty Soy Chai Latte, you still give me a regular soy chai with no coffee. I needed my coffee this morning. To think, I tip as well. F***** up my whole day.

Honestly, one of my favorite Starbucks locations out there to visit, the staff is friendly, even when they are busy and running around like speedy Gonzalez they take the time to greet you and make you feel welcome.
Use to be able to make the drink id get came in today and twice they made my drink and it sucked!! First one taste like a bad shot and other one to much vanilla could barley swollow the nasty taste in my mouth. Waste of my morning time and late for my appointment , thanks for nothing . Ended up asking for refund I had no more time to wait for them to try to make my drink right again. Refunded me and gave $4 off card next time, definitely won’t spend that at this store.No coffee, very disappointing. Left empty handed

Starbucks is all over the city. Are they the same? No, they're not the same. This one in Elk Grove/Laguna Creek is one of the older Starbucks in Elk Grove. Good location and good customer service! Coffee and other drinks are very stable in this location. I know what I will get when I walk into the store. This is very important to me. At some Starbucks, I have to cross my fingers because I don't know how good or bad my coffee will be. Some of them, you know, they're constantly bad, for example, the one in the airport! The workers here are friendly and fast. I enjoyed my coffee here. The store feels comfortable and clean. I usually get my coffee to go. But I still like the feeling of this Starbucks. The parking lot at this location is very easy to get a parking space close to the entrance. It is very safe in this area too.
