I came in today and the staff was so rude laughing out loud in front of customers talking about customers and making faces to each other . It was very childish . It looked like 10 year olds were working there. Not professional at all . One of the employees told them to be quiet which is the one I was trying to talk to but the other two really unprofessional. Management really needs to teach them customer service skills and what not to do when customers are in front. Even my 10 year old daughter thought it was childish and disrespectful ??‍♀️

Aaah, how can you not like your local Starbucks or one-off the freeway on the way to a holi-day of shopping.Didn't go inside, so I don't know the atmosphere, but I love these new large digital screens when you order in the drive-thru. It's pretty hard to get an order wrong. Plus, I love using the Starbucks app to pay. Helps with the rewards.

Starbucks, you can never go wrong with Starbucks. My favorite for summer is a trenta iced black tea with heavy cream and four pumps of chai syrup.

The girl who took my order was friendly. Waited on the other side for my drinks. They had a tray with samples which I liked. Just wish they'd put a sign with what it was. It was tasty. Got my drink. Asked for a straw and that girl was a bit rude. My drink was a little too strong so I went back in and asked the same girl if she could top it off with more milk. I asked her bc she was the closest to the counter. Keep in mind, I've had this drink a few times before, just not from this location. The girl asked to see my label on the cup and tried to give me 'tude by saying the drink was made fine and that it's usually strong. I told her I've had this drink before at other locations but y'all made it stronger here. She did top me off but I didn't appreciate her tone.There seemed to be plenty of outdoor seating, more than indoor.

This is a very clean and open Starbucks with seating inside and out. I did not come during a busy in house time, and I was able to order a drink and food item and receive them both in under 5 minutes. The modified caramel macchiato I got was delicious, which isn't always the case when I have to modify something and I was pleasantly surprised. The manager appeared on the floor for a minute, and she was so extremely kind to the baristas working. Overall a very pleasant experience for my first time here!

Waited almost 30 mins for plain black coffee. Everyone else behind us in the line already left. Turns out they never started it and the barista blamed the cashier for not giving her a sticker. The manager, or what appears to be the short haired manager, just shrugged it off and offered a half-assed apology like she does not want to be bothered. And yes, Ms Manager, today is Saturday, 6/24/23 at 9:15am when I approached you. If you were not too bitchy to your cashier, maybe he wont be rattled and maybe do his job properly.
