Kindly remind: This Starbucks doesn't need greetings and smiles because the servers don't either, and they won't respond to you even though you do. Both don't have a good day it would be relatively fair. Then our customers won't be embarrassed?.

Order on the app ahead of time. This was my first time doing this. I always forget to use the app to order, usually just run in or go through the drive thru. Using the app was quick and easy. I ordered my drink and went in to pick it up.

You can never go wrong with Starbucks. The place is always kept clean, everyone for the most part is super friendly. Enjoy the app and pick options. Sometimes my drink varies from great to good but they never have a problem making it over.

Need to train baristas better. Got my points and $ on my Starbucks app all mixed up and depleted my $ on the app/card. Good thing the manager assisted, which I appreciated, but if she wasn't there it would have been worst. This will not be my go to Starbucks store as there are others in EG.

I've heard this location had poor customer service, but unfortunately I tried it out and experienced it myself today. The woman working mobile, Jax, was not friendly, when I went to get the order she picked up the food, but didn't really hand it to me... instead she just set it down in front of her for me to reach across the counter. I thought it was odd and maybe an accident, but she did it again even more so with my drinks. When I asked for the stick to keep my drink warm she touched them halfway down and yet again had me reach across the counter barely making the effort to get it to me. Then a woman kindly asked about her daughters cake pop as she had been waiting a long time for it... they already had their drinks so it was odd that they'd still be waiting on an item that required just being placed in a bag. Jax replied in a monotone voice, I will call out the orders when they are ready. It was cold and cringy to hear... definitely seems like Jax could use a little refresh on customer service.

We have so many Starbucks all over Elk Grove. Some are inside another store, and some are standalone locations like this one. I hope I'll be able to try them all! LolThe Mocha Frappuccino I got from this location is good. It tasted great, and the ice was blended well. The workers are fast and friendly in this store. The store is clean and pretty quiet when I'm there. The parking lot is not overcrowded. I can get a parking spot very clearly. The area is safe and secure too.
