I live by Waterman. That Starbucks has a higher rating and has been absolutely horrific every time I walk in here. I love the girls at this store. My drink is always ready, if I don't order on the app, they actually know who I am and what I drink. The store I live by on Waterman, that I frequent the most has no idea who I am. I stand there for 20 minutes, waiting for a drink I ordered on an app 15 minutes ago. I have never waited at Laguna longer than 5 minutes.

I've ordered from here many times and have had to go back to fix errors. Sometimes that happens and I get it but the same error is constantly happening at this store. Today I ordered an impossible breakfast sandwich but received the meat version. I called the store and they said I could come in a get the original order for free to rectify the problem. I went back in and received my new order. Unfortunately, they replaced my suppose to be impossible breakfast sandwich with another meat version of the sandwich. Money wasted and I never got my proper order.

Edit: it is 7 years since I last left this review. I am currently trapped in the drive-thru at about 25 minutes. I got into this drive-thru and was immediately told the first two items that I wanted weren't available. I ordered other things and now I am not sure if I will ever even get them. Avoid this Starbucks at all cost, for more than a decade it has been consistently poor.This starbucks is always a disaster. They always have like 8 staff but the drive through takes longer than any drive through starbucks I've ever been in, and going inside is a cluster. They get, in my personal experience 60% of drinks wrong. If you ask for a "venti iced black coffee unsweetened with light ice" (which is how I've trained myself to ask for it when going there) it's guaranteed to be sweetened or have extra ice. Good luck if you order something complex. Of course since it's a drive through, you never make them fix it....you'd have to hold up the already absurd drive through line (in my estimate 3 minutes per car) or get out and go in.Corporate starbucks needs to like have an intervention on this place, it stinks that the closest drive through sucks.
