Won’t be coming back to this subway. Veggies looked old. Lettuce was all wilted and the tomato’s were half green and did not look fresh. Also prices are way too high anymore. $26 for two footlongs? Who can afford this. I rather spend my money going to a sit down restaurant.

This place was usually really good and fast but I guess the ownership changed and the new staff needs training. This one Sandwich maker I had didn't listen to me at all and totally messed up 2 of my sandwiches Train your staff better and maybe your business may see some success.

I have had the worst experiences at this subway. They always get mobile orders wrong and never toast sandwiches when requested. The only time you have a chance of getting a decent sandwich is if you're are there watching their every movement. Also even though there are no customers in the building the wait times are ridiculous. If I could I would one star this subway, I guess I will stick to ordering at my school's subway instead.

Well this is one of the better subways that you're going to find in the Elk Grove area. The sandwiches have changed a bit in that they've expanded the menu and they have a lot more taste more tasty sandwiches to choose from.

I am giving zero stars. We did a special online order deal, with two sandwiches buy one get one free. Not one of our sandwiches had meat on them. Tried calling the store number listed online, all it does is ring. Unfortunately we had to get to work and was unable to turn around.

If you want to have a "timely" lunch, Do Not Go to Subway in Walmart Bruceville store. They always have 1 person working during lunch hours 12-2pm. I left without service. Line and 1 worker??!! surprised if the have a profit. What profitable business reduces staff during Peak hours?

Decent location at the corner of Franklin and Elk Grove. My daughter and I split a chicken teriyaki footlong and added drinks and cookies. Service was friendly and quick. Tables were clean and well organized. Bathroom was functional and parking plentiful. Not sure why it doesn't have a higher star rating. A solid three stars from me!

Oh my gosh. If you order from DoorDash please never expect your sub to be warm if you decide you want it warmed up/toasted. I picked up two subs which were fridge cold. Keep in mind it was steak and cheese. Who wants to eat cold steak and cheese and risk getting sick from it. this is the worst Subway I have ever bought from. I worked at Subway for two years when I was in high school and I would have never treated the customers how they treated me. You're also supposed to always warm up the meat in the microwave before placing it on the sub even if they don't want it toasted. The guy with the turban and the Hispanic girl whispered to each other as if you are not right in front of them. They have absolutely no manners and it's embarrassing. I politely asked them to remake my sandwich because I would not eat a cold sub. they can eat it cold if they want it. I will never support this subway again. Oh also to the customer who walked in at 8:59 PM, in subways defense, I wouldn't have took you in either because you should've thought about coming earlier.
