The service was great and friendly. But the sandwich condiments were horrible, lettice was brown looking,soggy tomatoes. The owner or manager was unprofessional going in. Taking a large soda without paying, regardless if she owned it. Uniforms or employees were not worn correctly. I would never go to this subway again.

I want to start this review by saying that I ordered food from this establishment knowing that the sandwiches were going to be mediocre. That is not what made it a bad experience though.I made my order through the website to take advantage of one of the coupon codes and after placing my order, I was given a status page where it gave me an estimate for when my order would be done and the current status. Got to the restaurant early and it was not that busy so I just sat in a chair and waited for the website to let me know it was ready. Once the website gave me the ready status, I asked one of the guys if it is actually ready and they then told me that they just started making them (so I guess the website status is useless). Also, the guys working there looked miserable as if they were serving a prison sentence. My food was finally ready about 10 min later (about 35 min total waiting). Took it home and found out that they did not even respect the ingredients I listed in my order. Onions all over my sandwich - I am allergic to this ingredient. So, yea, just skip this place. Better off just grabbing a chicken sandwich from Kikis next door.

I walk in at subway to try my coupons. The gentleman that help was very friendly and asks for my order. He was very patient on the things I want for my order. He also asks questions about the stuff that he's putting which I'm very pleased. His customer service was wonderful and very thorough. My order was a set of 3 sandwiches. I am very satisfied the way he handle my order and recommending this place.

Absolute best customer service I've ever received. I came in tonight with my son there was a lady who made my sandwich she was so nice to us she communicated the extra cost for items and made our food with care. Talked to us like we were more then just customers. Cleaned up my sons cup after he made a mess and offered to wipe his phone that got soda on it. The guy there was also very kind. It was clean and welcoming in there. Overall an amazing experience. I will be back

I’ve ordered 2x on the app for pick up from this location and both times they did not put extra meat on it as I ordered and same with the olives. It was a sad steak sandwich, I’m disappointed.
