No customers service skills I came in to order two women were making delivery orders or phone orders never acknowledged me or told me that they would be with me I waited for about 7 minutes never even looked at me so I just left someone teach them some manners!!!!

This is the worst Subway location. Don't EVER place an online order and expect it to be ready. Multiple times I have arrived and my sandwiches were not even started. Once I even gave an extra hour with nothing started.I won't be returning.

I live in Amador County it's a Subway sandwiches here three of them are all owned by the same owner. This is not going to be a good review and I did give them two chances. In their store located in Ione. I ordered a pastrami sandwich one day along with four others to bring home to the kids and you had to look very hard to find the pastrami in my sandwich so I took her back and I gave it to the lady that made it I told her she needed it more than I do and I have not been in a Subway sandwich store since then there are many many places around to get much better sandwiches at comparable prices and in the town of ion we have a Little Town Market with a deli you want to treat yourself go to the deli and get a totally awesome sandwich like I said this is not a good review but it is how I feel my opinion and my opinion only one Saving Grace is that Subway is probably one of the few places you can get a decent meatball sandwich the other one is that place that says sandwiches to go get it to go

This subway is always the best! The manager who is usually there when we go is awesome, Elijah. He is super fun to talk to and makes great sandwiches and recommends awesome combos and suggestions. The other star at this subway is Rebecca, always does the perfect exact amount for the sandwiches and super fun and outgoing as well. Always clean and very fast service without compromise in quality. Best subway in Elk Grove area!

Been there several times...each and every time I have received not only Great sandwiches, I have been met with courtesy and pleasant employees. The place is family orientated along with being very clean. I have enjoyed my visits there and recommend this place.

Anita the manager is so rude and enjoys talking down to her customers as if she owns the place i have lived in wilton for 43 years and I would prefer to go to rancho murieta where the customer is their meal and car note ticket Businesses have the right to disregard a thief but when they steal from the cosumer its all GO!! No need for your poor service or over priced mess. Enjoy your slow pace restaurant

Unfortunately I couldn’t even get my sandwich. Waited in line for 15 min while the one employee made 3 sandwiches. While the other 3 employees were walking around the gas station. I can understand if you’re on lunch break, but at 1pm you should have prepared for some type of lunch rush.
