“Although, CHILI'S has been around for quite some time, some of you may consider me 'a slow learner '.. experienced Laguna location this afternoon for the first time and quite impressed..from the "giant-sized basketball potential server" to my little "dinky-waitress server" & charming personality, I give a 5☆☆☆☆☆ rating for their expertise in customer service and a wonderful meal to boot! Ordered smokehouse combo 2 go *for my own greediness and was wonderfully surprised how they provided excellent take-out service to Go..I emphasize this, simply, because most restaurants "scrimp" on necessities when it comes to take-out, however, I learned today, this particular location on Laguna Blvd., were nonetheless disappointing in any sense of the word. Enjoyed my Saturday dinner! A+“
“The restaurant is really quaint with southwest decor. The staff are friendly and helpful. I love a lot of the burritos here but today I had the Cheese Enchiladas. Excellent!! They replaced the Coca-Cola “select your drink” machine (which was horrible as it never had the mix of the drink right) with a regular soda dispenser. Much better, easier, and quicker. The salsa bar is probably the best in the area. Such a wide selection and made fresh. You will not be disappointed eating here.“
