way too expensive, dirty, food was barely edible and expensive, numerous trips to the front desk to request alley to be fixed over and over again....balls not returning. third trip there hoping things would be better...nope! looking for alternatives now.

Although there were many activities, and that was the good part, the facility lacked staff to clean the floors, bathrooms, tables, and outside areas. (Parking lot was littered everywhere)
Very little sanitation occurred while we were there. Debris, food, papers, napkins littered hallways and other areas. Never saw anyone clean the tables or lounge areas or the kids game area.
Overall feel seemed grimy.
But people had a good time.
Lots of open lanes even though we were told it would be a 2.5 hour wait. We put our name in anyway and waited only 30 minutes. Go figure. It was a Saturday night.
