The food was fast fresh and delicious and definitely.... hot..Perhaps they were shorthanded because many tables we're Dirty... It would have been nice if they had paper towels in the bathroom. But I wore jeans so I was okay..

I haven't stepped into this location for a while now. It was nice to see that they added in the self-order screens. My order did take quite some time even though it was just 1 sandwich and a side. I sat on their bench and watched their screen list full of others orders and it was just nonstop. The gentleman with the tattoos packing the orders was really professional. I'm assuming he was the manager since he kept telling his team good job every now and then. I appreciate him grabbing napkins before grabbing the fries to put inside the bags. He worked really well with girl at the front (Tamia, I believe). They were doing their best to get all the orders correct. I couldn't blame them on how long it took since clearly they were super stacked with door dashers, dining in guests, and to go orders. Sometimes when you don't see it happening, you get upset about the wait. But be kind people! They held it down! I also asked for ranch and it was nice to get two without being charged for it like other food restaurants!

I was SO DISAPPOINTED with my burger I ordered last night!!!! My husband and I ate half of our burger in the car ( it was dark outside) when we got home and I was straightening out my burger so I could eat the rest of it I couldn't believe how tiny the hamburger meat was. The other half looked like a baby size piece of meat and I ordered the teriyaki burger. WTF?? I should have totally taken a picture!!

Confusing experience, both counter and digital menu board ordering were simultaneously offered. I found the menu options confusing. Until I got it at the table, I was unsure of what I ordered no salt or napkins at table I had to pick up my order at the counter. I'm not at all sure why I was expected to tip. For what I was not served in any way. Who am I tipping? For what? The burgers were acceptable fries were okay. I don't think I'll try again. Nothing really piqued my interest. Nothing really different or original

Went yesterday for our lunch, appeared they were doing a lot of online orders, etc. food took basically 30 minutes from the time I ordered which customarily the food usually is fast and good. Not today. Steak sandwich over cooked, fries over cooked, and the bread was over grilled couldn't even eat the edges, very disappointing to say the least and of course they don't care. Terrible experience for the family.

Very poor customer service very poor I'd you don't like your job change it!! One bad apple will make the rest of the apples look bad and they have a very bad apple I will no longer give them my money and I will forever tell others to not recommend

Decent burgers and frys shakes are awesome, alittle on the expensive side for fast food.
In the last 2 years - every time I've ordered, in this place, they've gotten my order wrong. I was just there today and guess what? They couldn't even take my order correctly when I was physically speaking to them. I went to Delta Shores to order in person - Correct every time. I went to Howe Avenue to order in person and ordered on the phone - Correct every time. I went to Laguna - Not correct. What is it about this place? I don't know. Well, that's it. I'll never go to the Laguna Habit Burger again no matter how hungry I am.

The new spicy chicken sandwich, thank goodness I checked before taking a bit of it. Don't think I will be ordering from here again. Before serving customers please do better to ensure proper food safety standards.

I love their chicken burger with avocado. It's delicious. Service is great here. You can order online as well. I would totally recommend this place. My daughter loves the food here.
