Do you really want the TRUTH?! *Don't get the pastrami, it turned my wife's stomach to the point of almost puking.*Don't get the "cheesesteak" confused with the PHILLY cheesesteak. This sandwich is just a roast beef sandwich and the added some onion and mushrooms, and might I add the wrong type of mushrooms and onions. I can't express how disappointed my wife and I are. The food quality for Togos had deteriorated, but the prices are elevated (go figure). The staff was so so. Took your order, made your order, and that was the end (typical). If this is Togos definition of quality, then I'm sure they won't be around much longer. Get your sandwiches from somewhere else.Business Services, no need to respond. We won't be back. Been to multiple Togos stores, and your overall, overpriced, overrated food is not worth it. Spend the time making some business decisions improving your brand

I came in a few minutes before 8 pm on a Friday evening.. there were a good number of guests sitting as well as in line to order. I knew I was going to want 2 sandwiches and 2 ice cream orders, so I was expecting to wait a little while for help. This young man by the name of Sawyer came over from the ice cream to the sandwich side to take my order. He had great customer service! Was patient with me as well as grateful for my patience with the business of the establishment. He took care of me for both my Togo sandwiches and Baskin-Robbin ice cream orders! Such a great guy, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Again, his name is SAWYER, and he was a pleasure to order from!

I visit this place a couple times a week at the same tome each day. Generally 100 and it's usually busy every time I walk in, I am greeted with a hello how are you or a hello we will be right with you from the gentleman who may be the manager there. He is in his late 20s with a beard. Dark hair always has a smile on his face always polite always nice. He speaks extremely polite to his coworkers no matter who they are and I just wanted to make sure he got a shout out for what a great job he does every single day.

I ordered a French Dip sandwich after seeing it heavily advertised. What a disappointment:( hardly any roast beef and only tiny slices of provolone cheese melted into bread , not recognizable! The only good part - it was hot. Not worth the price = $15.77 total

The worse visit so far!!I ordered online at it said my order would be ready by 6:09pm. I walk in at 6:07pm, walk over to the ice cream side, wait a few minutes and order a Mangonada. Took about 5 minutes. I noticed there were 3 employees in the building, a young man who helped me on the ice cream side, a woman who had her back towards the guest also on the ice cream side, and a younger boy on the sandwich side. I walked over to the to-go area and he asked me if I was picking up and I said yes and gave him my name. He was all over the place as I was observing him helping this woman and trying to make the online order at the same time. When we engaged he said all he has to do is wrap my sandwich. I told him that it was the wrong bread and he quickly blamed it on someone else. Not sure who but he was the only one who was on that side when I got there. He said he would remake it and I told him to finish the woman's order in front of him and then make mine. He hands me mine at 6:17pm and thanks me. I looked in the bag and told him I'm getting a bag of chips that I also paid for. He said okay. I get home and I noticed my sandwich is not hot at all. I ordered a pastrami sandwich and its usually hot all the way home. I unwrapped it and it was fridge cold. Like if it wasn't cooked/heated/warmed. I waited way beyond my pick up time, they had staff there who could have helped but chose not to, and my order was wrong from the start. I am removing the app as this will be my last visit to this place! Thanks TOGOS!!!

Cheesesteak sandwiches are the best. Always get great service and they always get our custom order right. We like less bread so we get double steak and add Swiss with the cheese that it already comes with. There used to be a problem with this location but after they changed management it is so much better.Vegetarian options: They do serve a vegetarian sandwich.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.

My wife and I eat here routinely for a quick bite when we are craving sandwiches. The quality has always been great, and the staff has always been fantastic. The prices are perfect for what we expect. We will continue to keep coming here!

Absolute garbage. Ordered a $15 large cheese steak which obviously never saw an oven and was ice cold after a 10 minute ride home to Vineyard area. Avoid this location unless you like burning money.

I was hoping to go to Sourdough and Co but it was too far from my work. I was craving a sub so I found this location to be the nearest, not subway place. I ordered a Turkey Avocado sub. I ordered it with Turkey, avocado, lettuce, pickle, tomato with mustard and Mayo. Pretty basic. There was maybe two sliced on Turkey on my 6 inch sub. I dismissed it initially, until my sandwich started to feel like crunchy water. There was very little protein in the sandwiches. The worst part of the entire sandwich was the avocado. I promise you I'm not exaggerating, the avocado was literally brown and green. Straight poo man. It was gnarly looking. I picked it up as soon as it was getting wrapped so I'm assuming it's a fresh cado. Nope. The only reason this place gets two stars is because the service wasn't bad. The lady that took my order over the phone was nice as was the cashier that rung me up. I could just do without the nasty avocado and a tad bit more protein since those are the two ingredients the sandwich is named after.
