Used the kiosk to order 5 sandwiches waited 30 minutes before I inquired about my order when I finally got the attention of one the workers she informed me that my orderwas picked up already.... Still waiting almost an hour later They never called my name very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received

Best Asian chicken salad and wrap I've ever had. The Asian dressing is a little spicy but has had me coming back for more than 30 years. I go out of my way to get this once a month.

It's been a minute since I've been to a Togos. I was surprised on the prices they are asking for sandwiches nowadays, however, Togo's has always been serving excellent sandwiches and a choice of chips. It's even better when their is a 31 ice cream shop in the same location. This location was a little quiet when I got there, however, that's probably why I got excellent service from the manager while she was making the sandwich. In addition, she provided an excellent conversation and suggested an excellent sandwich. Now i wish i got the larger sandwich.........It's always next time.....

Dutch crunch was actually Dutch soft.. the "avacado spread" was oxidized and slightly black.. Taste was okay, sad they break up the peperchinies, the sandwich on the wall shows them whole... I may be back to try a differnt sub without avacado.

I had went to togos in person and i ordered no veggies on my sandwich, when I came home I saw that my sanwich was wrong and had all veggies on it. So I went on DoorDash and ordered another sandwich with no veggies and it came with veggies again.

The bread is extra dry, there is no way it is fresh which sucks. The lettuce is extra slimey and the peppercini had too many seeds. This produce is not cleaned or sorted through to make sure customers are getting the fresh and best of their products. They have to fix this. It's no wonder that store is always empty

To Jennifer Sabine... I go to this Togo's all the time and I love it! Some times days can get busy! If there wasn't manager available maybe they just weren't at the time. But to get so angry over the closing time maybe next time call the store to make sure of any changes. And if the employee over the phone couldn't answer your question maybe because they felt attacked, not all people know how to respond to rudeness. I'm sure you CAN and WILL get your money back, refunds on cards take up to 7 days to post either way. Maybe next time have some compassion for these young adults that are working and not running the streets. Glad to hear you won't be returning!!

Placed online order tonight at 7 , charged card and said order ready in 15 min . Website and app says open until 10 pm . Nothing about closing early on HALLOWEEN!! When husband went to pick up was told they weren't taking orders because "they closed early tonight" nothing on door posted , when he said I had paid already she said she "didn't know what to tell him" but they were closing . I called . Told person my card was charged and that I wanted a refund. She then said she couldn't do that! I asked for the manager, she said there wasn't one to speak to , I asked her name and she RELUCTANTLY said it was Kate. Told "Kate" I'd be calling her boss first thing in the am. Unprofessional, horrible customer service, bad business all around. Was obvious they wanted to go trick or treating instead. Worlds gone crazy I guess.. want my $25 back , won't give them my business again.
