This is an amazing place for me. Trying to eat healthier and working out plus working a job can be hectic, no time for meal planning. The prices are not bad, the quality of food is also good. The food options are good, however they could improve on more options. They need to work on the online website as it is very confusing and seems to be more expensive online, however it might just be that I don't understand it. The food I’ve tried so far is delicious and has incredible macros! I’ve had their tacos, chorizo and egg burrito and they’re brownie bites. The prices are also fair. I will continue to order as long as everything stays this good ?

Valley Meal Prep has exceeded my expectations. The Garlic herb white fish with rice and veg is one of my go-to meals, and I love that everything is fresh and made to order. Their meal prep service has definitely made my life easier.
