So this is what to expect from this Wendy’s on bond road when you order a single. I’m guessing they have to cut back on lettuce so that the prices don’t get any higher then they already are . Seems that Wendy should her self should retrain on this.Just my opinion, however I know what to expect IF I go back to this one.

Customer service drive-thru is plain rude especially for a supervisor. Don’t buy the key tag from them when they sell it to you. They tell you no purchase necessary when using it just to get you to buy it when using it they change it up on you and say ,you need to purchase something in order to get to use your key tag.

I have been trying for over a week to get in touch with someone from this store. I came through drive to get two sandwiches only got 1 and it was wrong. Ever time I call to talk to a manager they tell me that they will go get them and the phone is hung up. Try and go in and get ignored for 45 minutes. Did the survey and asked to be contacted by corporate. Nothing. This is completely unacceptable.

The place had its doors locked, at 4 pm. People were inside working. They saw us at the door and couldn't be bothered, they ignored us. All the lights were on, signs lit up, but doors locked. Apparently it was drive thru service only, but no notes stated such and nobody came to the door to tell us. We left and went to another location and had the exact same issue. No wonder I never eat at Wendy's, they are horrible.

Well, no sign saying its closed. There were people inside, but both doors locked. No communication.
I told them no ketchup on my baconator 3x and still put ketchup on it.. I also ordered the Dave's burger with no onion and they gave me a chicken sandwich instead! Cold fries on top of that. Definitely not a vibe, Jack in the box across the street is much better

Whoever working the night shift on Saturdays definitely intoxicated at work. They’ll refuse to serve you if it’s not DoorDash after a certain time then when you go to pickup your DoorDash they will tell you “I don’t have a DoorDash” and try not to make or serve the food again. It is the whole night staff around 10-close. Honestly making the company loose money by keeping employees who are under the influence at work….. do better

We were lucky this time being able to go inside and dine. I have been to this Wendy's different days of the week and different times over last year and inside dining was closed! For No apparent reason. Other people walking up to the door realizing the door was locked, were frustrated and disappointed as well!
