Horrible service I show up and no one is there to greet then when someone comes out there to greet they help everyone else first even though the lady saw that I was there first. Secondly they gave us a time of 20min for our order to be done i ended up waiting an extra 30 min. I would not be going back to this location. No one seems to care and Everyone seems to be busy in their own little world to care. Would not recommend coming here!

If I could give this place a zero I could. Do not order from this place!!!!!! I got sick the day after eating from there. I think I have COVID but I know for sure that I have a cold and the flu. The service took way too long to find my onlin order as well. Will never ever go to another WingStop again!!!

I placed my order online for pickup. When I got there the food was not ready and the cashier told me they were working on my order. Waited another 20 minutes and still food was not ready and the cashier said the same thing thta they were working on my order.I got my food at 6:10pm and when asked why it took so long, the cashier answered very rude that they were busy it was a long wait. I do not recommend this place.

Placed order under my husbands name with my phone number and used my credit card to pay so he wouldn't have any issues when he picked it up. I couldn't pick up this time. Cashier was trying to enforce a sign they taped on the wall that most customers wouldn't even notice. It says that credit card needs to be presented to cashier for on line orders. I have never noticed that sign and it was never enforced on me when I picked up my order and never saw them enforce it on anyone else. Order had my husband's name and my phone number on it but cashier gave my husband a hard time. If this is the case then when you place your order on line then it should be stated on line and or the app. I have always ordered on the app and that statement isn't on the app and I have never seen it enforced. If that rule is only posted in the store how would someone placing an order on line know that. Also what are the chances that someone has all the correct info about the order and the excuse of well there is so much fraud nowadays doesn't work. There has been fraud for years all day everyday. If you just use common sense you will see that there is no fraud in this case. My husband is black, makes me wonder if that was the issue with the cashier. This happened on Nov 28, 2023 around 3:20-3:30 pm.

They was taking too long for a 15pc boneless wing. The lady was looking for my receipt and had to check the screen so I had to wait 37 minutes in total when she said 18 minutes.

I never even received my food, I was told it would be ready at one time and it was not even prepped when I got there. I cancelled my order because I tried to ask the worker about it she was RUDE. And not just to me, to everyone in there asking about there food. I will never come to this location again. I wish I could give 0 stars!!!

Wasn't the best experience. The cashier wasn't the most helpful. 4 tables still had trash on them, so we couldn't find anywhere to sit. Our order of wings took 20 mins longer than what they estimated. I felt like wings and fries were overly salty. The employees don't look happy to be there. And I overheard the couple next to me say that their food was cold.

Bought food for my family the other night. Workers forgot to include the sauces in our to go bag. Everyone was so disappointed bc the sauces completed the meal (we bought dry rub wings). I'd probably not come back here and get my wings elsewhere.

Customer service at the front was awful, was greeted by being addressed as homie, I'm not 15 in high school a little respect would be nice. Placed our order at 10:46pm and waited over an hour for our food to come and when it came me we decided to try and order a chicken sandwich to go as well, when all of a sudden they aren't taking any more orders when we clearly see a bunch of only orders coming in. It's 11:40 you guys don't close till 12. Just pure lazy and immature staff and disappointed with they people they chose to handle there front counter. To top it off they had a couple of drunk employees help them close the restaurant who clearly don't even work here.

Food wasn't done on time I ordered it , I went in and they said they didn't have it , it's the wrong location even after I showed them my email confirmation and told them my nail then all of a sudden they found it and it wasn't done of course . This location even after re opening is still terrible, the staff is running around like they're lost , some workers were literally standing around looking lost . Only one guy seemed to know what he was doing , it was shambles
