The food is good. We don't have many places near us where we can get a quick bite. Yummy is quick, reasonably priced and delicious. The loaded fries are over the top and definitely shareable. Texted my order, paid from my phone then my husband picked it up after shopping at Ace hardware. Life is good

Pulled over because I was running errands during my lunch break. Best decision I made all day. I got the spicy lamb gyro and it was delicious, warm, and packed with a lot of meat. It wasn't even that spicy as I had to ask before ordering it spicy because I love spicy food but a lot of places over do it . The nice lady at the window told me it wasn't that spicy and I went for it, brought it back to work and devoured it. I got one for my coworker and I was about to eat his because it was SOOO good. A little far from where I work but definitely worth the drive.

I run out of words when something is this good lol overall I really like this food cart. I can tell the person is honest and trustworthy from the way he treats other people. The owner and his employees were always helpful and respectful every time I picked up an order so I appreciate that. Also, in terms of price, i think it's a great deal for $13 for chicken over rice or lamb over rice.

This great food truck is outside in the parking lot of the Ace hardware store. Food was wonderful, service was great, food came out fast and hot. Wonderful place for a Gyro. We had one chicken and one lamb Gyro. Baklava was amazing also. There are a few picnic tables by the truck so you can eat there.

Thank you Yelp for helping me find another hidden gem! This came up on my search last Saturday and it sounded so good I put my son in the car and we drove out right away to go get some. It's less than 10 mins away and I had no idea it was here! It's just a small little food cart located in the gas station parking lot off of Grant Line. Unfortunately when we arrived, it was closed!! No sign or anything saying they would be back or just closed for the day, only the sign for their regular hours (11a-7p daily, closed Sundays). I was super bummed, went to find something similar nearby and was very much let down. My husband ended up going back yesterday to surprise me with some and it sure was delicious!! He said they were so nice too. We had a chicken rice plate, spicy chicken rice plate, and loaded fries with chicken and lamb. The spicy chicken rice is my go-to, reminds us of what we used to eat all the time at Sac State during lunch breaks! It was very good here too, I would ask for more spicy sauce next time because it didn't taste too spicy to me. I also wish the chicken was chopped a bit smaller because the bigger pieces were a bit dry but the sauce definitely helps! But the winner was definitely the loaded fries!! The fries tasted like McDonald's. All the sauce does make them a bit soggy but the taste is still there. I actually enjoyed the lamb more than the chicken with these. Only downside about the fries is they're only good fresh, whereas the chicken rice plate is still good leftover and reheated. So glad we found this place nearby, will definitely be coming back for quick lunch or dinner pickups!

Combo lamb and chicken over rice. Gyro meat is very tasty and chicken is seasoned really nicely. Their food is really good. One of my favorite lunch spots in Elk Grove.

Literally the best food i ever had! The nice gentleman that works there has the best attitude ever! I usually get anxiety ordering but he was very welcoming which made my whole experience so much better. I would consider myself a regular for how often I come lol. I tend to switch it up with the plates and gyros, but the chicken gyro always gets me. 20/10 definitely recommend! They even have cute picnic tables to eat there!!!!

This place was so delicious it was worth trying we definitely will go back and eat more often there he has a variety of flavors I've different fillings for the gyros and the spicy sauce was not too hot but just write the ingredients for absolutely fresh and so tasty and filling definitely people need to give this a try thank you so much for introducing this nice little spot where it was well needed

This is one of those places that you sometimes hear people say things like "the small hole-in-the wall places have the best food". Except this isn't a hole in the wall it's a nice little food truck in the Ace Hardware parking lot on Grantline.We ordered some chicken & rice and lamb & rice plates from Yummy Gyro and our cravings were well satisfied! Their chicken is flavorful and juicy, rice was fresh and had good flavor, salad greens were also fresh and went well with the chicken and lamb meat. Everything tasted very good, better than some actual kabob restaurants you'd find at any strip mall in EG. I think we found our new favorite spot for kabob rice plates. They do have a small outdoor dining area set up right next to the truck if you like to "dine in". We will be going back for their Gyro's. You can also find them on DoorDash and call in your order as well.
