With its diverse selection of delicious beers and friendly staff, Humble Sea Brewing offers a memorable experience, though a touch of warmth in the form of patio heaters would have been the cherry on top for the enchanting outdoor space. Two Pitchers Brewing Company Beer Gardens • $
2344 Webster St, Oakland - 1.69 miles

“The atmosphere at 2 Pitchers is always great, there are plenty of seating options. 2 Pitchers specializes in brewing RADLERS which are like fruitier beers that are lighter on the ABV than other popular craft beers. They have a good selection of their own brewed beers ($6 per pint) and then they also have a great variety of local beers from other craft brewers in the area which go for $8-10 per pint. They also have some wines but no liquor license. You can get a burger or fries from Lovely's (which always has a line!) and eat it here. There are indoor and outdoor seating options, and it is very dog and kid friendly.“

“We went to the taproom recently and had a great time! We knew the beer would be good but were happy to find that the food and atmosphere were as well. The music (not-live) was so good that I asked what they were streaming thinking that I could check it out later. Turns out it was a playlist created by one of the employees! We will be coming back! “I've walked by Biergarten dozens of times and finally came to check it out while celebrating a friend's birthday pre-game. Located in Hayes Valley, Biergarten features an expansive outdoor patio offering German inspired food and beer. Aesthetically and atmospherically, it's actually a really lovely spot for a warm day. I can't comment on too much, as I only stayed for about an hour and only had a beer, but during that one hour, every experience was positive. There's a window where you can line up to order your beer and I opted for the seasonal Oktoberfest. It was well balanced, not too malty nor too hoppy and I did enjoy sipping on it. There was a live DJ which added to the ambiance as well. For just a casual, chill hangout, the vibes were on point. Since it's an outdoor space, it's also dog friendly so we were able to bring our pup wut hus, who had a great time just hanging out with the group. There was also a water bowl available at the entrance so our pup didn't go thirsty either.“

Anytime I come into a place and their “uniform shoes” are a combo of Chucks and Vans, I expect no less.Ordered the “5150” Burger on the door guy’s recommendation. I was sold when he said they use bacon in the beef.Just like the name, it was Craaaaazy good. They have a full bar too.One disappointment, they do not have a fryer so no fries. The chips they serve with the burgers, though, are fire. All in all, worth a visit.“

“Valencia is home to so much amazing food, taking a moment to appreciate it all can be overwhelming and we can get so lost in our favorites, we can look past new spots all the time! Petra is new and amazing. With an amazingly large dining room loaded with call backs to one of the wonders of the world Petra, the energy is phenomenal, and can only be matched by its food! The menu is filled with classics, but the best part is the portion size! You'll be full before your main comes up if you're not ready! The quality is just as high! With a reasonable wait time to get my food, friendly faces, and some of my favorites like a fantastic hummus plate, and incredible fries I highly recommend Petra to everyone!! I liked the knafeh a lot, but their baklava is amazing! And if you aren't feeling adventurous there's a Mitchell's ice cream attached! It's amazing!“

Woods Island Club Bar • $
1 Avenue of the Palms Ste 168, San Francisco - 4.76 miles

“We came here during a Treasure Island outing and had a nice afternoon. There is indoor seating and a public outdoor seating area as well. We chose to sit outside because we had our dog with us and there are signs advising no dogs are allowed in the building. They have offerings of beer, wine and empanadas and we sampled them all. The bartender was very nice and made suggestions. They also had convenient public restrooms and it was a quick walk to get the ferry back. I like that even on a weekend it wasn't crowded and we were able to enjoy the weather and have some lovely conversation. There was also music playing even though we were outside and it added to the ambiance. I would definitely stop in if you're in the area.“

We made friends, and had a great time.“
