Pig in a Pickle is located inside Public Market, which makes it super convenient to grab some great bbq whenever a craving hits. My favorites are the brisket and hot links with the spicy bbq sauce. The brisket is super tender with a nice smoke ring and bark. I preordered a few pounds of meat for a party recently and got more fatty pieces than I would have liked.
