I really wanted to like this place for the restaurant they replaced. But I had the pad see ew and it was just okay. The broccolini was bitter and the seasoning was just kind of

Good good goood! Yummy food and nice people! I loved their authentic dishes. So diligent and cooked food you want in the way you want example of what a benchmark should be!

We used to LOVE Giin Thai on Shattuck, and these are the same people! We had the Khao soi, string beans, thom kha chicken and it was all so delicious. So happy to have found this place. Will definitely be coming back. ?Vegetarian options: Khao soi, egg plant, string beans, and moreParking: Their parking lot is small (8-10? spots), but we've always found a spot in it, and there is street parking too.

What I ordered: 7.5/10: Spicy Eggplant - $14 - very strong fish sauce flavor - loved the eggplant, it was fried to the perfect firmness - not spicy at all 7/10: Pumpkin Curry - $15 - slightly too sweet and undersalted! - comes with chicken and shrimp, neither were dry at all! I visited Secrets of Tiger for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised by the cozy, naturey vibe of the restaurant! There is plenty of paid street parking on Hollis/65th. I was able to find free parking around the block on 66th! The restaurant seemed to be run by one lady and the chef, which could explain the slow service experienced by other customers in the past. Service was quick when we were here! Our food came out very quickly. For the lunch special, both dishes were served with rice and a small salad. It was the perfect portion for my mom and I, at a reasonable price too. When I was first seated, there was a huge fly buzzing around on the window next to us. It was almost as big as a horse fly... Very gross but it disappeared sometime in the middle of our meal... no idea where it went. I would come back for lunch or to try their kaya toast which looks yummy, but maybe not sit next to the window. Food: 7/10 Service: 8/10 Total: 8/10

My new favorite place in Emeryville!!!! The green curry and basil fried rice were awesome. Loved the ambiance and the service was great. Excited to come back to try the whole menu. Definitely a nice whole in the wall restaurant for a laid back dinner.

Good food, friendly people, great cozy atmosphere. Only bad part of the meal is that I was too full to try dessert. There's both familiar favorites and some unique items on the meal. The dragon balls were good but I don't think I would order again, but the salmon curry and my friend's hangover noodles were amazing.

Great hole-in-the-wall Thai restaurant in the Emeryville area! That’s the headline… this cozy little spot offers up some of the best Thai food we’ve had, not just in the East Bay, but in the Bay Area. We ordered the Roti and the calamari to start, followed by the Tonkatsu Sando (not very Thai) and the Pad Thai and Pineapple Fried Rice for the kids. Every dish ordered was awesome!Service was great and the owner very friendly! We’re definitely coming back to this spot, because the food is amazing and the prices are reasonable.
