This past Monday I did a in app mobile order. I had a ran a couple errands before getting home. Once I was home I realized my sandwich was incorrect and the store was closed by then. I was a little agitated by my day prior to ordering and was disappointed. I reached out to them via their website by email and received a call and text from Tony today. He was absolutely amazing and offered to refund or remake my sandwich. I initially stated in the email I wanted a refund. I went back in today. Michelle was absolutely amazing and made the perfect pastrami sandwich for me. (This sandwich was my Grandmother’s favorite and we would have Togos dates frequently before she passed in 2018) I am very grateful for Tony and Michelle for extending their kindness. I have been visiting Togos pretty much all my life and it has always been my favorite. Thank you both for quickly responding and offering to fix it. I will forever be Togos girl and their kindness and attitudes today proved while I’ll always remain loyal!

Thank you so much Michelle and Tony for the warm customer service today so welcoming and sweet. But the sandwich wow super delicious and made to order I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and was made to perfection. I don’t understand how this place has low ratings because this is my second time here and both times have been top tier. So delicious thank you! Definitely will be coming back and in and signing myself up for that rewards program! Also loved how the restaurant was nice and clean and loved all the customers left happy and more than one person said thank you for their order when walking out now that’s a good sandwich!10/10 would recommend ?

Togo’s always makes up a pretty decent sandwich but their dining room is rather stark and minimal. I’m guessing most of their orders are to go. It would be nice if they improved their dining room experience.

30 minutes to get a sandwich even with ordering my food ahead. App said it would only take 15 mins.Employees were super nice and I can tell they were working as fast as they could but they should maybe consider hiring another person during busy hours.I won’t come back because I don’t get that much time during my lunch.
