Another freaking Chipotle? You realize there's a Chipotle 2 miles away, right? This one is going to be right next to a Rubio's & a Taco Bell too. I was excited to see what was going to take over the Burger King, but now i'm just incredibly disappointed. This is a poor business decision & i hope your hubris bites you in the a$$.

See pictures. Ordered a bowl and didn't get half the items. Can't reach anyone at the store. Just a waste of overpriced delivery. Horrible customer service that you can't reach anyone at the store.

By far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I hate to say it because I love the food but this particular restaurant must have some management problems or something. The employees are always unhappy, the place feels grimy, and one time when I was there there was a clearly sick employee running the first part of the line who kept sniffling and grabbing at his mask with his hands and then continuing to handle food and utensils. Never going back to this one even though it’s the most convenient location.

The food is so good. The employees are always kind and work hard. Chipotle needs to support their employees more. How about a sign saying don't take out your anger on these hard working employees. Times may be tough but I don't want to hear people berate employees cause you're having a bad day. If they run out of a certain item, deal with it. Don't be a j****

I love this Chipotle! All the employees are so kind and courteous and they work so hard! I Iive closer to the La Costa location, but I always go to this spot because it's a much more pleasant experience.

Chipotle has no chips! What? 2 years closed, no chips, r u serious? He is serious! WOW! Y'all got chips yet? Let's see , you sell guacamole and you have no chips? None? Nada? That's the same as Burger King running out of meat!

Terrible service. I used to work for chipotle, I ordered a bowl today and the worker gave me the absolute smallest portion of meat possible, I mentioned that that was improper portions and clearly too small and he continued to just look it off. I have never had this issue at any location, if light they usually are happy to put the proper portions. But in this case he acted like I didn’t exist. Definitely will never Return to this location but am more than happy to eat the others that always provide a great experience.

I placed an for pickup at 6:20 pm. I waited until 6:55 pm. I watched 10-15 people wait in line and get served while I waited for my food. Once the line cleared out I waited another 10 minutes and watched 1 employee prep chips and another just sit there and wait for more customers walk in. If there are more than 5 customers in the store it appears that they can't handle the traffic

I visited Thursday the 11th around 1pm. I have no idea whos back there cooking, but this was my last straw with chipotle. 5 hours later i had extreme stomach pain, didnt eat anything after here so its definitely you guys. Its 2 days later and my stomach is still sick. Calling out of work. Im sick of something always being wrong with your food. I had a chicken bowl. Please pay attention to how you’re cooking your food. Won’t be visiting again unfortunately, your staff is friendly

"I got an email touting a "boorito" invite special for $5 entrees. It said to use the promo code "boorito" at checkout. I was online on the web. I went to checkout and there was NO OPTION to submit any promo code. It charged me full price.I went to the location to get my food and asked what could be done - and the answer was "sorry, it's a corporate problem, there is nothing we can do." So, I got charged some $30 and NOTHING WAS DONE to compensate me for Chipotle's screwup.I just used the last of a $100 gift card to Chipotle to pay for this, and so far all I have gotten for rewards is "chips & quacamole" - for $100?Just check the email you sent out at 9:00 am on Sunday Oct 31s, 2021 about the BOORITO special.Also - the "Submit" button on customer service doesn't even work. This entire Chipotel experience since I paid $100 for the gift card has been awful - just awful.Also - the online chat, and survey options are useless - they do not work. I have now wasted an hour on this problem and I can see I am not the only one. Too bad for Chiptle, I hope your stock goes down by 90%, it's far too overvalued already.Even when I went to the store I had already been told - well you already paid full price so there is nothing we can do. I wasted a $100 gift card on the horrible customer experience. Worst rewards program in the industry. After $100 all I have received is "chips and guac mode is turned on" BUT I CAN'T GET THEM!!!!

The cashier would not honor the 50% veterans discount that every other chipotle offers. And was then rude about it. Very surprising and disappointing.

Really bad Chipotle, really rude at the register and no forks/empty hot sauce. Not much meat given. Find another one or go to a taco shop.
