If you want a good protein shake or any type of health smoothie come into LA Fitness to Nrgize Cafe. I frequent a few different gyms and when you have the convenience of having a fresh blended protein shake or smoothie is very nice. They also sell protein and energy bars plus variety of other healthy organic foods. Also the lady who owns or runs the Shop is very nice and excellent service. Don't worry about parking.
