I had been craving a poke bowl all day and finally decided to stop in at Poki Poki! I was lucky that a big group had just walked out and there was no one inside the restaurant. The guy making my bowl gave super generous portions! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The bowl was delicious but there was no way I was going to be able to finish it!

This place is awesome because they load it up. I got the 4 choice protein, Large, for 16 dollars and was amazed at their portions. Usually, a large is a place's highest option but Poki Poki had a larger option.Everything can be added without a fee except for the avocado.The place is nice too, it's clean and if you go at the right time, quiet. On this day, they had a movie playing to which I enjoyed half my plate. There was so much food that I'd have to finish it later in the day-yet it still felt like a full sized meal each time.The flavors are not the boldest when compared to other places but having almost every side gave it a good variety in taste. Regardless of the flavor, the fish and sides, salads and rice were all very fresh and delicious.

I love this spot. They almost always are generous, making my bowl. I've never had any "questionable" raw fish. I don't love the new cafeteria take out containers. I preferred the actual bowls, but I get costs affect decisions. Just like they sometimes buy really flimsy utensils, which are not meant for heavy rice. But that's nitpicking. The point is the food and their Poke is awesome. A+

Simple, yet delicious. So many options to choose from, so you can truly make it your own. Portion sizes are great and the food is fresh. I like the rice base with ahi and medium spice. Delicious ?
Wow, really happy with this spot. Ordered pick up for two bowls and they were a great value for the regular size. I tried the cucumber noodle + greens base and loved it. That's such a nice option that made the bowl healthy but still filling. Everything tasted fresh, and the sauces were really tasty too - I loved the miso dressing. Will definitely be coming back here.

Food quality decrease. Service quality decrease. Zero ambiance. Recently this location has gone downhill fast. The price of the youth bowl increased. The size of the bowl decreased. The white rice is generally dried out. The price of the youth bowl increased ten percent, the size of the bowl decreased by 25% and you now have female Asian employees with bad attitudes serving the food 100% of the time. They take no pride in the bowls they prepare. And they show disdain for customers. You have fallen off since Reese left, along with other friendly servers. I have been a loyal customer since pre-covid when you started out in Encinitas. You are shooting yourself in the foot.

Great, fresh poki with lots of toppings to choose from! It is located in a strip mall near Ross in Encinitas. The co-habby and I had late lunch plans but were starved while running errands prior so we decided to split a poke bowl. We opted for a half rice/half salad option and chose all of our fixings. Prices were on par with other poke locations, perhaps just a tiny bit more but it was no big deal.Nice, clean space, service was quick and friendly and our bowl hit the spot.
