Love this place. The food is always fresh and if you are new to Poke, they are considerate and helpful with suggestions. They are always welcoming when a customer comes through the door with a "welcome in" and a smile. I love it when they have music playing. My favorite Poke place for sure. Glad they finally have the machines that make it easy to add a tip as I'm paying. The "kids" behind the counter deserve a little extra since most seem to be college students.

Bad food, service, and ambiance. First off, my avocado had a piece of plastic in it. Disgusting. So I took off the avocado I paid extra for so I could enjoy the rest of my bowl, but the miso dressing tasted off too. I go to different poki poki locations often and this was the first bad bowl I've had. That coupled with the worker mumbling so quiet aI could barely hear him, shocking considering they didn't have music playing either. Won't go back here again, other poki poki locations are good though

Poki Poki man... I really like this place and would give it a solid 5 stars forever if it wasn't for the way they've been scooping lately. It just feels like a nuclear bomb went off in the container every time I open one of these guys up. It used to be so much more elegant. Please, keep the scoops clean and make it nice- the quality of the food was already so good, don't compromise presentation now! Edit: I'll add that it seems over the years the quality of the salmon cuts does seem to have gone down a bit... they're messier looking, with more fatty, chewy pieces... it's really disappointing! Need to keep the cuts high qual like was usually the case!

Maybe it's due to the holiday weekend, but nothing tasted very good or fresh (and that's not good with raw fish). My wife threw her bowl away over concern that it was spoiled and might actually make her sick. I powered through because I was hungry, but I am still concerned that something just wasn't right. Nothing in my poke bowl tasted fresh at all. Too bad; we've ordered from Poki Poki in the past and were very happy. Not sure we'll order again.
