Sadly I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. Lacked professional management,service & quality of food that I always thought was excellent. Don't think I'm alone here - it used to be packed here on a Saturday afternoon & the place was pretty empty today. Dry tasteless burgers & fries just warm, not freshly prepared. Very disappointing & embarrassing (this place was my recommendation over another burger place down the street).
I walked in I was helped by young woman name Veronica she was very helpful as my first time eating The habit great customer service from all employees and fell in love with the food. I Will be coming back soon.

The food's okay, but the store seems to be like a boat without a rudder. The app stopped working a week ago; it doesn't recognize my log in info so I can't order in advance.
