Despite being a Cuban food restaurant, the place immediately transports you to any other Latin city, (Caracas, Santo Domingo, San José....) it is a place with typical Cuban food, the decoration is not exquisite at all, a Informal atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable, super excellent service, super good food, it has parking. I tried meat sandwich and fried Maduro, also a delicious soursop smoothie, excellent. Others ordered Ropa Vieja Sandwich, Chicken Sandwich, empanadas and suckling pig. All very pleased with our choices. The photo I published shows my bite of the Sandwich as proof of tasting. Recommended.

Stingy with the bread. Placed an order to go and tipped well but they would not give me any bread without paying extra as though it was an option on the menu. The woman at the front had a bad attitude and never gave me a receipt for the extra bread she made me pay for. Seemed sketchy. On top of it all, the food's quality has slipped while the prices have risen. Fattier meat with less balanced flavors. Sad to say that I can no longer recommend this place that I have loved for years and would regularly bring friends to.

Amazing chicken and pork dishes and very tasty plantains. Will definitely come back!

The lechon was so good! Service was fast, and prices were reasonable. It's a locals spot for sure and very underrated.

Okay the food here is seriously amazing. To be clear you are not going for the ambiance - you're here for the delish food. The bread they bring out- unstoppable. The sangria was not great and they only do wine/beer. HOWEVER- *****the garlic chicken*****- is one of the best meals I've ever eaten. I haven't stopped thinking about it since I ate it. The garlic sauce is so perfectly acidic and garlicy. Also you can get either all dark or all white meat! Someone else in our party got oxtail- I had never tried it before but it was amazing truly. Someone else got this amazing Peruvian beef dish called Lomo saltado - also great!! The food here does not disappoint.

Excellent food, but you have to be in the mood for intense garlic flavor, is that seems to be their specialty. The shrimp in garlic butter sauce was very good, and the plantains were amazing.

This place was fantastic. I highly recommend. The food was absolutely delicious! The price point was amazing for the amount of food that you get. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Pulled right up and got a parking spot, although I can see that parking might be tricky in the future. The only downside to this place was that it was loud and hard to hear our table mates. Next time, I will try to come during off hours or sit outside.

We were excited to try this restaurant. Unfortunately it didn’t turn out as a good choice. It was a noisy atmosphere. Our waiter was very unprofessional and rude. The food was disgusting. I won’t recommend this place at all. Our order was tamales , which came as two salty fried beans in some sort of very ight yellow sauce and some meat in it. Nothing to look like tamales, no masa nor corn leaves, the beans and the meat. It tasted like can beans. We ordered white fish that came with white rice, it was ok. We also ordered shrimp with “yellow rice” . It came with exactly 4 shrimps and a mountain of rice . Our daughter ate 2 shrimps and didn’t want to eat anymore. When I told the waiter how the food tasted, he just laughed , the. At the end came back for the payment, I told him again that the tamales specifically was disgusting, he said, “ok, tell me what do you want? Really tell me, you want something?” Of course we paid in full. So he then said you should have asked earlier, if you wanted me to help you, too late, you paid already. Where I never asked for a refund or not to be charged for the food we did t touch.. I should haveI wouldn’t waste money and time on this restaurant.

Wow! Friends took us here. Everything was so delicious. We went for Sunday lunch and it got crowded fast. The garlic bread they served before the meal was so good, that we almost filled up on that.Service was very fast. The servers were happy to answer questions and help us.

The food was very good. Reasonable amount of food. Black beans and the platanos were delicious. Best Cuban food I have ever tasted. The ambience was loud. Fast service.
