Their cheeseburgers are my favorite. I like the flavor and juicyness. They gave me extra pickles when I asked for them, and my burgers weren't dry. We also liked the chicken nuggets and dipping sauces. My husband liked his whopper as well.
Ordered my food online 3/21/24 at noon (12pm). Went to the restaurant to pick up my food and the restaurant is closed. The app allowed me to order and it took my payment. Now my lunch hour is ruined and I am out the money. Never again!!!!This location is usually good and I love the staff here. I know it's not the workers fault but the owners should know better.2pm on my break now and the app said it will refund my money. Never again will I use this app or visit BK. My whole day spent dealing with this.???

Terrible and very disappointing. Have been coming here nearly everyday to get my kid food after school. Have always pulled through informing that I have "a coupon code" for the chicken fries as I do not always have my mail with me after work. Have never had a problem until "Veronica" whom I have never seen before agreed and input the code everything worked. Once I pulled up and I told her I did not have a the actual coupon as I stated whileOrdering she then charged me $20 rather then the $12 she initially said. Be up front when the orders are placed.... Do better as a company

Store shut early but app allowed order to go through and now I am forced to go through the app to be refunded. Issue exasperated by rude employee who couldn’t be bothered, there is a Burger King a mile ish down the road don’t waste your time at this

Whopper jr bun was soft and mushy, lettuce wilted, tomato was also mushy and tasteless, the burger was not warm. Overall a bland experience. No longer is a whopper Jr. a favorite, they used to be really good.

Absolutely horrendous excuse of a management here. My significant other came in about 5-10 minutes before the dining room closed to really quickly order a burger and as soon as he walked in the lady kicked him out yelling that she's closing it early and it's final. He then said he doesn't have a car and the drive through was still open and he wanted to order quickly and leave before the dining room was shut down. the lady told him to get out and he then said that that is not what the sign on the door says but that's alright and walked out the door.That same lady then went on the drive through intercom and began to SCREAM at the top of her lungs at him as he was literally exciting the parking lot and leaving the plaza and yelling at him saying "I don't want to hear any of your bullshit, I don't want your face in my dining room again, If I say it's closed then it's closed" and just proceeded to continuously scream over the intercom. My SO went over and said "are you serious right now? all i wanted to order was a small cheeseburger". That women needs to be fired for how she screams at employees. Extremely unprofessional and horrendous customer service. This happened 08/06/2023 at about 7:50pm..
