ordered in the drive through. Customer service was average. The food was disgusting. The meat had a nasty taste like it was old. The burgers were sloppy and the buns weren’t even brown. I returned the food for a full refund. I will never eat here again.

Love the burgers usually, but service is hit or miss. For instance last night I was behind a customer in the drive thru that took about 15 minutes to clear. I pulled up and they immediately handed me the drink and bag. Upon eating, the burger was barely warm and the fries were VERY cold. Like been sitting out for an hour or more cold. The attendant certainly knew he was handing me cold food but didn't care.

Best Customer service ever! There was only one employee working the whole restaurant On a Friday night. This young kid named Jesus was incredible. Working by himself with a smile on his face. Jesus definitely deserves to be recognized. Carl's Jr is lucky to have you.
