Everything was really good about this restaurant. First time grabbing to go here, and wasn’t familiar at all with the menu. Guy at the register was pretty cranky and didn’t really seem in the mood to deal with first time customers. Great food though. Way better than Panda.

WHY DOES EVERYTHING HERE TASTE LIKE SUGAR!! I don’t know how anyone can eat here!! I’ve tried it twice now and everything is slimy or overly sweet?! When I think Chinese food I don’t think surgery and slimy, I think savory and crispy!! If you want actually good flavorful Chinese food I suggest STAR HOUSE on E Valley Pkwy!! WAY better food than this sad excuse of a eatery!!

Great food but the guy on the phone is a bit rough and the wait time was not the 20 mins he said but 50 mins. Not a great place to dine but again the food is awesome.

Love the eggplant and tofu, sweet and sour soup, fried rice and chicken chop Suey. Really flavorful, not too salty, and taste fresh. One of our favorite local spots.
To start this place was amazing I am personally very picky when it comes to Chinese takeout and the food here was absolutely fantastic. This will probably be the only place I come to in the future I had the Orange chicken and the sesame chicken both I highly recommend. I also feel the price was perfect for the portion size. You get your moneys worth.

My nephew has been recommending this place for awhile. The gentleman who helped me was very forward about are you eating here or take out etc..I thought brash at first. But the service is wonderful. He just runs the restaurant efficiently. My plate got the garlic chicken was great! Served hot. This place is way above Panda Express etc. They cook your meal to order instead of sitting in a buffet style storage. If you live in Escondido it may not be fine dining, however, the quality of food and service is. The prices are very good also. So leave a good tip!

Sad to say, after all these years eating lunch and ordering take out at China bros, their food is not as great as it was. Sadly we are going to be looking for a better place. Sad cause this place was as close as I could get to NYC.

Don't let this little shop fool you. They make incredible food with portions that are definitely great to share or save for leftovers. This was my first time in person versus delivery and food was amazing.Vegetarian options: The kung pao tofu is great!

Ordered from China Bros so we could try it for the first time. It was nicely packed in individual containers. Had the orange chicken it was dry and tasted old. Had the generals chicken and it was also dry and tasted old, very Had meat under the breading. The fried rice was good, also the noodles were very tastie. The won tons were also very stale.
