Paid almost $20 for a burrito that wasn't even wrapped. Once I took a bite it all came apart called customer service and they did not want to help since I did not get my receipt. Do better.

I can't really complain about the food, it's good. But they literally gave me crushed chips. There was 10 good pieces and the whole bottom of the bag was crushed. The weird thing is the girl who cashed me out also didn't pull the chips from the display at the front. She gave me a bag she pulled out from behind the drinks. It was odd. But yeah that's the only reason I'm giving 3 stars. No one wants crushed chips.

We were out running errands and got here a few minutes before opening. The employees saw us waiting and rather than say hello or a good morning, they seemed irritated that I was waiting. The girl came over and basically said we open at 10. To which I answered, yes in 2 minutes. I thought it would it be ok if I waited.She was rude.I looked over and saw several other food places ready to go and took my money to the Mediterranean place - who by the way was super polite!My son got food from Panda Express- bummer that some people aren't trained in how to treat the public.

I always order through the app to this location but might have to start ordering in person because each time they mess up or forget something in my order. The app is great but sucks when not everything is in.

During my experience with this Chipotle, I ran into a couple of problems. It seems like they are always running out of ingredients and they tend to skimp on them. Even when they did have full ingredients, they put the bare minimum on it. There was one time where they had ran out of pico de gallo and cheese, they said they ran out. But after I finished I went back to the counter and saw that they had replenished all the ingredients. I would've waited for them to refill the stuff, but instead they just sent me off with a meal that wasn't full finished. Hopefully, in the future they can give an order that I actually ordered and paid for. sad :(

Even when they did have full ingredients, they put the bare minimum on it. There was one time where they had ran out of pico de gallo and cheese, they said they ran out. Was super hungry and looking forward to a good meal. But then they told us they ran out of cheese and pico, and gave us tiny portions. Walked back 10 minutes later and the cheese and pico got restocked.
Was hungry and excited to have chipotle but when we go there they said they ran out of cheese and pico and had no more, which is fine and it happens, but when we walked pass 10 minutes later they had restocked both.....

Fantastic first time experience. I went to see a sold out concert and had a great time. Student line for less than 10 minutes. The bag check and scanning of the ticket was less than a minute. I walked to my designated area and headed to my seat. Plenty of security outside, the venue was very safe. Lots of hotels in walking distance, I plan to attend this Arena again in the future.

We go to Chipotle a lot because of my kids. This one always seems inconsistent. I order kids meals here.....and they always seem either confused by what is included.....or they argue with you. Other stores....all consistent. I also feel like Chipotle is cutting back on portions. They are happy to load you up on rice and beans......anything else is pretty skimpy. Why not have measured scoops.
