Terrible customer service, when I walked into the building there was no one there to greet me. I waited about 10 minutes and eventually had to call the store to get someone to come out. Not only was the customer service terrible, they did a horrible job decorating the cake I ordered. It had no decorations on top like the picture advertised and it was overall very sloppy, no time or effort were put into it. If prices are raised on small cakes, at least do better.

This store should close!!! Melted ice cream and told me to use door dash to order because their system is down. I offered to pay cash and they said they can only take an order on doordash. I don't have door dash. Also the lady Isaiah was rude and needs to wear a hairnet when serving food. It's unsanitary!Look at all the reviews.

Very poor customer service. Walked in to buy a cake, the second we opened the freezer the employee loudly proclaimed "we aren't selling those." To which we acted surprised and she just looked at us like we are stupid, no explanation as to why we couldn't buy ice cream at an ice cream shop. So we walked out and won't be back again. Rude employees ruin businesses. This place has poor rating for good reason.

Really nice employees and they’ve always gotten our orders right. Always clean and well-organized, though the service can be a bit slow. Minimal seating indoors so plan to take to-go.

This location is FILTHY. The owners need to invest in a deep cleaning and maintain it. There were 2 employees working. When I walked in, they just looked at me, no greeting, no how can I help you. A young man helped me and before he scooped my ice cream he scratched his scalp leaning over the ice cream. Whilst mixing the add-ins, he wiped his nose with his sweatshirt. I should have just said never mind at that point, but the young man was kind enough to put a generous amount of add-ins so I felt bad. I threw my ice cream in the trash after I left. I could not eat it. If the employee was willing to display his nasty behaviors in front of me, there's no telling what they do when there are not any customers. I love Cold Stone, but I will never return to this location.

Basically, we will not be going back here ever again.I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but dang. This place is not to be recommended. Took our family and expected NORMAL and CLEAN service, nope. The ice cream was fine, VERY melted though and the lady there was leaning all up into the freezers full of ice cream. Like, elbows in and everything.On top of that, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting too, I just wanted to wash my toddlers hands but I genuinely gagged upon going in.Apparently there were 2 people working there and they both hid in the back until we left. It was weird.This place needs a deep cleaning and some new employees or some training. It was unbelievable, no thank you. Please listen to the other reviews too! Clearly I wasn’t the only one with a negative experience, something needs to change!
